I came around 6:20-6:30 and asked if they had time to do a full acrylic set. I wanted short to medium length with gel nail polish. I would have understood and came back another time if they said it was too late. They just asked if it a fill or a full set. I said a full set. They didn’t say anything else but I was told to sit and a man with a sour look on his face started to work on my nails. He asked if I had gel nail polish but I confirmed it was only clear nail polish. He used a drill on my natural nails and I told him that it felt hot when he did that. He didn’t acknowledge that at all. I told him again and he again ignored me. His co worker spoke to him in another language and he became upset. After he didn’t speak to me at all and ignored my concerns I decided to get up and told him I’d come back later because the man seemed upset and I didn’t want to deal with that. After I got in my car I realized the man drilled too hard on my natural nails. They are less than paper thin. Glad I went with my gut and decided to leave. I won’t be coming back. Such a shame because I brought my daughter here for a pedi last week and the experience was a complete 180 to today’s experience.

I originally got a gift certificate for Cathy's and have been loyal ever since! I'm a bartender and new mom and they understand I just want to sit and relax. Deal or No Deal is always on the TV and I've grown to find it very comforting.

Got a cat eye gel manicure and had a great time. The person who took care of me was very careful with my stubborn and sensitive cuticles. The final result looks freakin' sweet, definitely coming back!!

I love it at Cathy's nail. I don't go there often but when I do omg my pedicure is always what I ask for. And they take their time to make sure they are cleaning my toe nails getting all my ingrown nail that bother me. 😊🥰

Awesome service thank you Hanna and Jenny they did an awesome job excellent customer service I mean even the customers inside was nice we held a nice mature conversation I really enjoyed my first experience here. They even talked with my little babygirl who started getting restless, they did not stop me from breastfeeding I will be back without my little one of course.

Cathy’s Nails only does short nails. I was told as soon as I walked in they were unable to do my nails because they were long. Short nails only at Cathy’s!

This place is awesome the lady’s stayed well pasted closing time to make sure that my girls nails, toes, and eyebrows were all done and all quality work!! Not many places left with customer service like this will definitely send all friends and family here !!!
