I'm not sure why it says there is a Century Link in this location -there is not. I drove by myself. Ended up having to call them on the phone to cancel my internet service from my old house since I've moved and am getting the house ready for sale.

My elderly neighbors have been without phone service since the storm on 12/5 at 7:00 pm. We’ve made hundreds of calls, sent emails to the company’s look leadership, and traveled to a brick and mortar store all to no avail. We were lied to, strung along, and were disconnected/hung up on after spending more than an hour each time waiting for some assistance. Customer service is nonexistent and is the worst service I have ever experienced. It appears the company’s billing system is functional. While trying to get the service restored, I was encouraged to the point of harassment, while on eternal hold, to make the $16.95 payment that was due. Today is January 4, 2024, and the service has yet to be restored. SHAME ON YOU Century Link ????☺️!!!!! BTW, you need a rating system that allows for negative numbers to reflect the poor service and information you provide to your customers.

While watching tv last, I received an error saying I had no internetconnection. After unsuccessfully trying to troubleshoot, I finally found a number to call via Google. Called that number and redirected to call. number that was disconnected. Did live chat with an obvious bot who wanted date of installation and account # off last bill (neither of which I had since I’ve been paying via auto pay for years!) Wanted me to go to my online account which had never created because I never had any problems nor need to do so. Stated that I owed them 376.00 and wanted me to set up autopay. Duh! Clearly, they’re something wrong in Denmark and I felt like I was being extorted. Keep booting me out of the chat and finally sent me a survey to rate my experience. I’m so disappointed with Century Link and their horrible customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone! For this one interaction alone if I would rate them at 0000. Shame on them for exploiting their customers in such an egregious fashion.

Pure Garbage. They call 3mpbs "high speed internet" and you're lucky to even get 1mpbs. They won't help you with nothing. but they are great at raising prices. I finally have another option and that was the best Christmas present. Bye CenurtyLink!

For the past 6-7 my household has had no wifi, apparently due to "failure in equipment". i'm sick and tired of hearing them change the days when the wifi is coming back. When we call, the staff constantly say the same thing as if we haven't been doing it already, "unplug the router for 30 seconds". They don't listen at all they just act as if they agree and say the same thing but not fixing the issue fast enough. Many of us work from home and it is difficult!!

They simply don't care. I had a land line, for 47 years, with the same number. Kept it as it worked during the earthquake, 9/11 and power outages. It broke at the Century Link office. Day after day I was told it would be fixed the next day. Each day they cancelled the repair. But said nothing. Finally after 3 weeks with a dead service I cut bait and cancelled my account. Took several goes to cancel also as they lied again. Here's the best bit, they charged me for all the time my line was inoperative. Avoid Clink like the plague. Crooks.

I have been out of internet and phone service since Thursday. I work from home and I have two people going to college in my home. I have had no answers as to why there is outage. I have lost time from work and my college students have had to make arrangements just to get internet. This is unacceptable and I will be filing a complaint with the AG’s office.

I have never seen a multi million dollar company not care about there customers until century link. Internet has been down 5 days with no explanation, keep saying it will be back on then I pushed off for 2 more days. Obviously they wanted to save money for their CEO's by laying off technicians and look... my grandfather has been with them since they started (I want to say 30 yrs) do not go with this company, pay the extra for Comcast they have technicians to solve problems quickly..

Absolute garbage customer service, poor quality internet (usually getting less than 12 of the 20 gbps I pay for) and every time the so-called “service” goes down, they blame the customer. Good thing they’re so rich they don’t need to pay attention to customers. At least they have enough money to sponsor sportsball stadiums, so they got that going for them.

Should have checked the reviews before I signed up for the service. Called twice to make sure my service was canceled to make sure I wouldn't be charged for service again but of course I was charged. called provider they issued a refund but was told I won't get my refund til next month.

I called and had an appointment set up for a technician to come to my house between 8 AM and 5 PM and nobody showed up not even a call. They said on their website that missed your appointment and I was home all day long. Maybe I should charge them $99 for making me stay at home all day! Really very very unhappy customer!

I have been with CenturyLink for many years on 7/11/23 I contacted them in regards to my modem not working after troubleshooting CenturyLink agreed to send out a new modem, said it would arrive within 3 to 4 days by that coming Friday.It is now the following week 7/18/23 I called CL again because I had not received the modem and they again stated it would be sent out and I would receive it within the next 3 to 4 days by that following Friday.Another week has passed it is now July 23rd, Again; I called CL they parroted the same thing and that the modem had not even left the warehouse but that I would receive it within the next 3 to 4 days by this coming Friday.I asked to speak to a supervisor they said one would call me back by the end of today. Not holding my breath.No one has explained why the modem has not left the warehouse and if it so, why it cannot be sent overnight, maybe it's because I live in a small community Long Branch, WA and they just plain don't want our business! No one in this area is happy with CentryLink.
