My bank just stopped another fraudulent transaction!100$ this time! I can’t tell you how many times they’ve bailed me out.Emily is my favorite teller . I dropped my cards on the floor she rescued them and tracked me down.I have a secure checking account and it saves me overdraft fees. They have many tools available for anyone ready to buckle down.If you don’t have a plan they can help you build one.

This place sucks... They suck because they did this to me. 1.they took $110,000 out of my account and pretended like the didn't do anything.. 2.they took $2000 out of my account and pretended they didn't do anything. They took all the evidence, created a fake paper trial, and produced false documents to cover there tracks... They are total crooks guy, beware. Everyone, skip this place unless you like getting destroyed financially..

Oh my goodness this place is awful. Not happy about the service here. I hope they even know what they're doing because one transaction took 30 minutes for a drive through.

Just go to the one on 6th Ave. went here after calling to exchange currency for my trip because they said it was no problem. This branch then told me to go to the currency exchange in the south center mall, which defeats the purpose of going to my bank because of the rates. She then said I could go to a branch in Seattle. Went to 6th Ave chase and they ordered my currency no issues and said it would be here when I need it.

Ana or Anna is extremely rude to deal with. I had a bad encounter with her in person and over the phone. She needs to work on finding ways to help customers instead of arguing to prove a point. It’s getting old and frustrating, Ana. I am sure your training did not include raising your voice at customers-- you always seem like you're in a rush not to do your job, which is, assisting customers.

This branch is amazing with their customer service. When all the other banks in the area couldn't assist me with an urgent matter, Kimi went above and beyond to get me in and accommodate my last minute scheduling request. The process of opening an account with her was quick and seamless. Working with Kimi on my banking needs was the best example of customer service I've experienced in a long time. I highly recommend working with her.

Here with my son. Came in to open a savings account. He already has an existing checking account. We were told to wait as the Accounts representative helping someone else. Shouldn't be more than 20 minutes.

Joshua is a very helpful and fast banker! I am a student and I have to have $500 dollars of direct deposit to avoid an account fee, but I didn't have time to work enough as I finished my thesis. Joshua was very understanding and waived both the fees for me. And they allow dogs!

If I could give no stars, I would. Used their atm to deposit cash. It took my cash and then magically came up with an error screen that advised me that the machine was unable to complete the transaction and that I needed to speak to someone at the branch or call their customer service line. So, I went into the branch and told a teller what had transpired and she advised me that I would have to speak to the manager. I then sat and waited 34 minutes to talk to a guy who had originally been with another customer, but had been free for the last 15 minutes avoiding eye contact with me. Finally, he reluctantly came over, had me explain what happened again, and told me that there was nothing he could do...that I would have to call customer service and have them put an investigation in. So, after all of this, I called them only to be told that they would have to do an investigation which could take up to 10 days. I had to call back several times within the next few days to check the status since I was sure they'd see that their machine had extra money in the amount I lost unaccounted for since it did not document my transaction. But 4 days later they said they had yet to get the info from the atm. Long story even longer, they credited our account "temporarily" for the amount, but then 15 days later sent a letter advising that we owed that amount since they were unable to account for it. The whole process and service we received was incredibly horrible. Especially since they have cameras on atms and in the lobby that record you. They stole our money. So, when you read other's similar stories you should believe it. They also have horrible rarings as one of the worst banks around.

I think they should have s minus 10 for a rating. We haf been a Chase customer for 8 years. Our mortgage interest rate was 6.5 %. When after 8 years the rates had trdropped to 3.5, we decided to refinance with Chase..We met with a loan officer who had requested our credit report. My husband met with him first and he stated that there was a $640 judgment on our report. My husband called me and I was there in minutes with a copy of the Amended Court Order reversing the judgment to being against the Defendant and in our favor. I believieve it had taken some time to get it off the report because you have to write to and enclose a copy of the Amended Judgment to EACH and EVERY ctedit company and they can take up to 60 days to make the change. In any event, the loan officer had a Certified copy of it handed to him.. He said he would get back to us, and he did, with the information that we would not be considered for a refinance. If you want to know what being a good customer who Chase gets you: Absolutely Nothing. We had been paying $7,300 a month for 8 years with never a late payment -- not a bad record, huh? That gets you turned down for a refinance when the rates had dropped by 3.00%. Long story short , we got our loan through Sell Point Mortgage and our payments went from! $7,300 per month to $3,4,00 per month. It is truly amazing that Chase would refuse to refinance a loan at the current interest rate for a reality good customer . Their loss, our gain! ! Just remember this : if you want to continue using Chase, there is absolutely no customer loyalty for you. Sincerely , Linda Gibson
