Excellent service! Mackenzie always knows what to do and I always end up loving my hair everytime I go for a haircut.
Showed pictures of my hair to friends and even to my in laws and they all love it.

I visited Chémel Salon and left disappointed. They ignored my requested hairstyle and the haircut damaged my hair. The person that did the haircut was Mackenzie, she was a sweet person but definitely doesn’t know what she is doing. I had to seek correction elsewhere. Clients should be able to trust that a salon can handle various hair textures and styles proficiently, which was clearly not the case here. Overall, an unsatisfactory experience. Would not recommend. Proceed with caution if you decide to visit this establishment.

Amber was awesome. She actually took the time to read my notes, consult with me and cut my hair how I wanted. I was afraid to go to a salon for almost a year after having 5-6” razored off at Dolce after asking for a trim/dusting. I’m glad I made the switch to Chemel. Super nice staff, cute salon and ample parking on 6th avenue. Will likely return for future services

I absolutely love this salon. It’s impeccably clean and the staff are all so kind. Kenzie does amazing balayage on my fine hair and the color comes out perfect without brassiness. I’m happy to be a regular here!!

Of course both my hairstylist and the lady at the front desk were nothing but kind and thoughtful from the moment I walked in, I felt such peace and it felt so welcoming and I hadn't been back in over a year and just felt like home. Definitely will look into scheduling my future appts there. Below my before and after :) felt so beautiful for my date. Much needed self care :) definitely got some hair products after and this incense:) luv they support small business too. Even snag gifts to my friends I was meeting for lunch after my appt.

As a fairly new client I appreciate the online scheduling, the ability to speak with staff about my hair needs, and ultimately anytime I am in the salon I have the best experience.I love the fresh, new, and invigorating environment the salon has.
