This place is also a McDonald's. There was a female employee out changing a trash can, I'd walked over after getting a new phone from a nearby store in the same parking area. I was setting up some stuff on it before going in however about 5 to 10 minutes go by at the most and she comes out and harasses me and tells me I need to leave. I was like, I was just doing some things before coming in, but you just lost my business. Don't go to this chevron their employees based on this interaction don't want your business and they don't care if you're getting your payment system up and dealing with other things.

So, I work right next door. I took my break at McDonald's and when coming back to my store there wasn't any parking. So I parked next door like I have done before without issues. With plans on moving it on my next break because i obviously want my car closer to where i work. A few hours later the old lady from chevron comes In with security footage of me leaving my car......like really.going around with my photo as if I am some criminal. Threatening to tow my car that was parked for less than a full day. Maybe 3 or 4 hours max! This is a SHARED parking lot. There are 0 signs except for the pizza place and McDonald's that say you can't park. Other than that it's free game. That's like me saying that you can't park in front of my store even though there are 0 signs saying that..people park in front of my store ALL day and dont come in.....thats how shared parking lots work......for you to take the time out Of your day to hunt me down is actually really creepy and petty. You can't go around threatening people that park near or in front of your store...what you did was wrong. I would have taken it to court and it would have gotten thrown out because uhm......no signs saying I cant park there. I know I am not the first person to have an issue with this old woman. You have no business working in customer service.

I have no idea who hacked my account and put all of that false information on this review page but none of that stuff was true none of that stuff came from me and I have no idea who did that. I just wanted to clear everything up, what was said because my name was on here and I got a phone call from somebody saying that my name was on here saying all the stuff and then when I see it I'm like That's crazy period. So to anybody reading these reviews I highly encourage you to visit this location I do know the people here and they are great people they really are they're very friendly they're very professional and they don't just treat you like just another person you know they really care about their job and the people that come there. And as to the person that hacked my account just to use my name to put all of this Weird stuff I don't know maybe it was a prank but it wasn't me or maybe it was just somebody who's sad and lonely and doesn't have a friend or anything better to do with their life so they sit here and take advantage of a phone that I probably gave away for free when I didn't have to And then they somehow access my account from this phone that I gave away for free cause I'm just so nice Then they used this hack account to say all of this stuff. it seemed like whoever it was has way too much time on their hands. Do something more constructive cause I bet I'm willing to bet that that whole long message that took probably a while to type out didn't generate not one cent of income, It didn't generate not 1 oz of a friendship or a business relationship or even a job or even a atta boy. Also other than me clearing my name and those forementioned I will not be giving this situation any more attention. period.

The old bat with the white bob haircut has the worst customer service. Ask a question and she can’t even make eye contact or form an applicable answer. She has no business being in any kind of leadership position.

I rolled into this gas station from the freeway on fumes at about 10:50 on a Tuesday night very happy that I had made it without completely running out of gas, so you can imagine my disappointment when I went to prepay for my gas( only had cash with me) and the door was locked the open sign was blinking in the window but the door is locked. They must still be on the covid pandemic hours. Whatever..
