Me who is a black and my family who is also black went to go see a movie at this movie theater but wehn we went to the door it was locked we knocked on the door multiple times hoping that they would hear us witch they did they looked at us and they ignored us so we left and and went to are car to call about it and as we ware on the phone we seen a white family go to the door and knock on it once and they quickly opened the door we went back up to the door hoping they would open the door but they didn’t and they ignored us again so I’m talking this as racism because that was crazy we had 7 pre payed tickets for the movie and they ignored us completely witch I’m am assuming it was because we ware black to me this is crazy considering it is also Black History Month.

Was very pleased with my experience overall. Parking in the garage was easy to validate at the theater, all the employees I encountered were helpful and pleasant. The seating was generous and comfy and the popcorn was really very good! I'll be back to this location without hesitation.

Parking is not the best as it is in a touristy area, but there is a parking garage! If you're coming to watch a movie, park in the garage BUT do not pay the $18..... quickly make your way into the theater and validate your parking for ~5 hours. ♡ be sure to purchase your tickets and concessions on the app as the theatre can be busy (summers & nights/ weekends)
If you play Pokemon Go, you'll find many gyms and Pokemon around. :)
The theater itself is nearer. It's clean and large... seats recline, concessions to be delivered to you when you order on the app, surround sound... everything that a movie theater should be. This is not a rundown location. To top it off, it's right on the water! After your movie, walk over to Fin & have dinner. Gorgeous area.

Very comfortable and clean theater. Lots of different options for view experience (XD, 3D, etc). Seating is great. All are comfortable but some have loungers ( recline) and something new call D-box which adds motion to the movie experience. I haven't tried the D-box seats yet but sound interesting.
Only negative is that the wifi or any internet access is very bad. Not just in the theater but even in the lobby, so plan ahead when trying to access tickets or rewards online or via the app.

Highly recommend XD with the big screen and excellent surround sound! Also highly recommend with XD the D-Box! The D-Box did really fun moving and vibrating! 5 stars!!!!!
