I have on and off have used the storage here. Also some of my family members.I recently have met Rachelle she is very friendly and she was great and helped me with my personal needs to change into a small unit.I highly recommend anyone to use this storage facility.

Prices are high but the staff is professional Assistance for houses and rent were given, storage fac. Don’t seem to care.That was my review of the old management.Now under new management I most undoubtedly give more than 5stars.The NEW management Rochelle is fantastic the greatest. She continues to go above and beyond her duties. I know of no other manager who would do that for anyone and to people she barely knows. It goes to show she cares. We need more management with that mentality with professionalism and heart Thank you so very much.

I was charged for a unit I was not allowed access to after I signed up. Not a great way to run a business.

I walked in a busy Saturday morning. This very nice woman named Rachelle even suggested I look at the unit first. The facility is clean, well lit, with on-site security. The customer service is even better. Thank you, Ms. Rachelle :)

We have used cobalt storage for 6 years and its very safe, they keep it clean and have security cameras everywhere. The people that attend are also very polite and helpful. I recommend cobalt for storing your belongings.
