My fiancé bought my engagement ring here - it is absolutely beautiful! Tad, Judy & Linda went out of their way to make Steve”s proposal perfect. Judy hand delivered the ring to the restaurant because the ring wasn’t ready @ 5:00. That’s great customer service! Every one @ Connections deserves kudos - they made our experience so special- thanks to all.

Wonderful staff who are very knowledgeable about jewelry! Expanding my fine jewelry collection & they have plenty of revolving pieces to choose from. Bought myself 24k & 18k gold rings & they have the ability to size it for no extra cost! Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Connections Fine Jewelry. A friend recommended them to me several years ago when I needed to get a necklace repaired. I have since designed my wedding band with them, bought vintage jewelry (they have a nice collection), bought an everyday diamond band, and after my stone was lost in my engagement ring, I sourced a beautiful sapphire to replace it with. Everyone there is so kind and helpful, but Tad in particular is a pleasure to work with, he is so knowledgeable and kind- he is a true gem.

I CANNOT say enough good things about Connections. I am not familiar with luxury jewelry, as the first “real” jewelry I ever owned was my engagement ring. In resizing my current ring and looking for a wedding band, Connections has been fair and so helpful. My fiancé and I love going into the store, and every employee is so knowledgeable and kind!

These guys are honest and do great work. I feel completely taken care of every time I go there. I’ve had jewelry resized or repaired. I have purchased jewelry there as well. I highly recommend them, they are better than stuffy jewelry counters in major malls.

We had a wonderful experience at Connections. All the staff were knowledgeable and professional, and Tad was timely with his communication. We couldn't find exactly what we wanted, but they helped us get a custom-made ring, which turned out great. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I've had a few positive experiences over the past few months with Connections; brought a vintage Gucci wristwatch in, they cleaned it up for me popped a new battery in and the cost was pennies. The next couple times I was selling. Price was fair each time. Why five stars? Because they treated me as kindly when I purchased the watch battery as they did when I brought metal to sell. Clients remember.

Such an amazing jeweler. They do the most exquisite custom work, have the friendliest staff, and have amazing rare finds such as vintage Rolex and high quality heirloom jewelry. Tad was a pleasure to work with. He designed my moms wedding ring and sized my jewelry and even fixed a broken chain I had at zero charge. I will never go anywhere else for any jewelry needs as long as they are in business. Go here and be prepared to have your minds blown. They are able to get any item you need made and can tell you the exact specs such as width and ring height. I am so impressed. Thank you so much for your services Tad!!! I am a customer for life!
