There should be a notice on the door that says they only sell to people who have their licenses.You could easily have a full basket, go to checkout, only to find out they only sell to professionals.

If you are looking for a beauty supply to buy your products from, this store is it! Other stores may have similar products but I can guarantee they don't have the customer service this cosmoprof does.I have been here multiple times now and Molly is SO HELPFUL, and really goes above and beyond. She is always welcoming and immediately asks if you need help when walking in. She has spent so much time helping me find the right products, even after she had her purse on to go to lunch. That is true customer service. <3

Absolutely love this location, the employees in there are pretty rad and awesome, they have pretty much everything I need and always call to let me know when they have some type of event/sale going on and I'll continue to keep shopping here!

Absolutely nothing about the place says they only sell to licenced professionals. Went hella far out of my way and spent a good while shopping for the right products (with assistance even) only to be told at checkout that I can't shop there. Very irritating.

I have been a licensed cosmotogist for over 20 years and have been trained by nioxin reps. The lady that trained us had alopecia so bad that all her hair fell out. The only thing that helped was niacin. The girl at this store is trying to tell me that if I use niacin then stop your hair will fall out. For one dont tell peoe that even of it is true. For 2 that is just not true and spreading disinformation. These people are obviously not professionals.
