Lisa at the Pharmacy was super help, informative, and caring. She put my needs first and educated me. She went above and beyond her duty. You can tell she genuinely cares for every customer and loves her job. Made me a customer for life.

I'm so happy I started using this pharmacy. The customer service is great, the wait isn't long, and I can shop at one of my favorite places. Handling my prescriptions online/the app is an added plus. Thanks, Costco!

I’m sad there’s been so many negative experience with people. They’ve always been kind and courteous to me, never had any issues entering Costco as a non member for the pharmacy either. So I’m not saying those other reviews are bad but remember that good reviews are seldom left and I feel this pharmacy isn’t getting fair reviews. IMO this is the better pharmacy to go to.

Clerk yelled out my prescription name loudly, and then said “go down to the window at the end and try to figure it out” because there was an issue with my insurance. Whoever I spoke with at that window was condescending and unhelpful. Body language and facial expressions matter when you work in healthcare, and the employee I spoke with made it clear she did not care to speak to or help me.

This review is strictly based off the professionalism of the staff. They are so rude it's crazy. I've been going to this Pharmacy for years and I go for the same reason as everyone else, the price. But to be honest, the staff is so rude it makes you not even want to deal with them.

As of April 2024 any non-members are required to be escorted to and from the pharmacy with an employee watching over their shoulder from the moment you enter the doors until you leave. A massive violation of customers’ privacy rights and extremely condescending when I’m simply trying to get my prescription and leave.

God forbid you have any questions about your prescriptions, the whole staff here are clueless and condescending. Costco had 3 weeks to have my prescription for surgery ready and then when I come to pick it up they don't have any in stock. If you end up on the line with Victoria hang up and call back to get someone else, she's a very disrespectful "pharmacist". If it wasn't for the dog food I'd be canceling my membership because of Victoria.

So after the pharmacist belittled me about my appearance she had me “have a seat” while she spent the next 15 minutes helping other people. I asked for a timeframe and she said it was ready. Called someone else over to help me and then they had to called someone else over. I’m spending $300 on needed medication. I apologize that I look like I’ve “come from a funeral” at 7pm after getting off work. Wow.

Unprofessional, rude employees. I came in the same day that I was prescribed eye-antibiotics, to make sure I don't lose my eyeball and they didn't have it yet, they told me it would be in BY NOON the next day(Saturday) and promised they would send me a text when it comes in.I was waiting on the text and it never came; by 2:00 I had other appointments to attend to. Despite NEVER getting a text, I decide to go in to check anyways, but made only made it there at 6:00pm on the dot(exactly at closing time), they refused service to me.I would have came in earlier in the day but they never sent me a text as they promised, and I assumed they were behind schedule. Considering this is their fault, I would have thought they would still provide service to me despite being ONE MINUTE late, to make sure that I don't lose my eye due to THEIR own failure to fulfill their promise. They would rather I lose an eye than to stay for one extra minute to rectify their own mistakes. They are closed on Sundays and I have to wait through the weekend and let an infected scratched eyeball get worse, while I don't even know if they have the antibiotics yet.
