Sloppy work. Appointments are never met in a timely manner. This time they forced me to come in early or else I'll have to reschedule because they wanted to close early. They didn't put my spare tire back properly in my nice and neat trunk it was loose and making rattling sounds, a total mess. They advertise as walk in welcomes but when you. Disappointing because Costco supposed to be the bestbat customer service.

Thiefs or just slow. Stole my hubcaps two separate times when I would go get my tires rotated.

Firstly, what's the point of an appointment if you're not going to start on someone's vehicle an hour after their appointed time? Called in for a tire patch and made an appointment. Came to Costco paid everything and I was told 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Understandable if they're busy and everything is done in an hour. I went into Costco shopped around the whole warehouse checked out and then I finally received a call. They called and said that they can't patch my tires because of my side skirts. I saw manual jacks in the tire center and I've never had anywhere say they had a problem and if they did they resorted to jacks. This place tried to use their hydraulics and as soon as it didn't work they said they couldn't do it. Terrible service and lazy employees took an hour to get to my car after my appointed time just to tell me they can't patch my tires without probably even trying to use their manual jacks. Went to a mom and pop shop right after and I was in and out in 10 minutes without an appointment. Absolutely disappointing.

Go anywhere other than Cosco for tires. They did not have what I paid for and did not call to follow up. It ultimately took over a month to get new tires on after purchase and I had to wait over 2 hours when they were finally put on plus pay for new lug nuts. Overall impressions is this place has no idea what they are doing. My friend had a similar experience in Kirkland. End conclusion, don’t go here for tired

Isaiah, the guy at front desk is super rude. The way he speaks to you makes it obvious that he is not happy. But when he needs help from his coworkers, it’s all nice and sweet. What a guy to treat a customer so disrespectfully.

They were able to fix my tire under warranty. Despite my using Fix A Flat they cleaned it out and applied the internal patch.

Broke my tire pressure censors during a tire purchase/installation and then asked for 60 dollars to fix per censor. Won’t be back.

Got a nail in my tire and luckily they were able to replace my tire that day. The white lady with blonde hair and colored eyes was rude af, asked a question that she didn't know the answer too and was like "I don't know how else to tell you so you understand" instead of asking her coworker/boss in the first place because she didn't know the answer to it. She finally asked someone who gave her the answer to the actual question instead of assuming she knew it. The tire got replaced because I drove on it flat for longer than I should have. the air kept going out... and I had to put air in three times. I went back the next day and Isaiah was probably not having my meltdown . I already told him I had to put air in the tire three times and I barely got the tire replaced at the same location. He's like we can put air in it again but we are busy right now. But he kept making a face like woman you are being dramatic. Yeah I was because I just got the tire fixed and there was still something wrong. If I got into an accident, it would have been the careless AHOLE who replaced my tire. Granted I did say I was going to come in at a certain time and came an hour later. So I asked if they can at least put the spare on because why the hell would I drive with those tires on a rainy day 30 miles to get home? Their supervisor ended up looking at the tire (better customer service than the two knuckleheads I spoke with prior). There was a rubber piece on the screw that the person prior forgot to place which was why the air kept going out. I didn't really mind how long I had to wait I just wanted to get it fixed. The lady with the pink hair and tattoos was kind, helpful and informative. I appreciate her. Give her a raise Costco! The other two well they need better customer service support

Not happy and disappointed with the service I got. I was told that the tire that had a nail in is not repairable and I need to get a replacement for it. They told me they will replace it for free but I need to buy the rest of the tires that I just bought and installed last year (they started saying the trim is below minimum etc... which I didn't believe). They refused to provide service unless I buy all tires and said this it's Costco policy when you have a 4x4 and for safety this needs to be done. Anyways, I went to another tire shop and in less than 5min they got it repaired and installed for me and said there is nothing wrong with the tires I have, just normal wear and tear.Called customer support the next day and explained to them what happened. They said they will open up a case to look into this and will get a call from management within 2-3 business days. It's been more than a week and still waiting. And just to double check if they were telling the truth, I took my car to Toyota dealership to inspect the tires, and as expected, all came back green and I was told I don't need to replace any.It was an obvious rip off that they tried to pull. I don't recommend Tacoma Costco tire shop on 37th st.

I went to Costco just after 10 am. Nail in tire. Rude from start to finish. Won't honor warranty. Nail wasn't removed.. they kept my car until 3 pm! Never again

I have mixed feelings... On the one hand, I feel like I get a good value and feel confident about the quality of tires and batteries etc. On the other hand the wait is usually so long! I had a 1:30 appt to have my tire sensors checked and the condition of my tires... I got there a bit early and finally asked if they could check on my car at 2:45 and it seemed it had been done but nobody called me. I would say I understand their extra busy before the holiday but the same thing happened last time. By the way I passed on the tire sensors which are $60 ea.

One long single file line. Some young white woman cuts everyone and gets expedited service by the older bald white guy. She just needed to pick up her keys , as did I, so who cares. I went behind her and waited, assuming he would help me as well. Nope. After he’s finished with her, He looks me dead in my face and walks away. I politely called to him and he just kept walking away. He heard me, everyone in that tire center heard me. His co worker knew it was wrong because he literally stopped helping the customer he was with and got me my keys. Pretty terrible experience , I’m driving to puyallup next time I need service.
