Phenomenal customer service! First time getting a oil change on my Mercedes GLC 300 with Auto Service and Tire of Tacoma. Great follow up on service, all the gentleman in the store we're very attentive and kind. I will continue services there.

Courtesy Auto is our new go-to for our auto repair and maintenance needs. Prior to getting my car in, I had to reschedule an appointment two times and they were gracious and understanding every time. Finally, I was able to get my car in for a brake issue. Within a short time, I received a well-detailed report of what was needed. When I called to discuss the report and repair recommendations, Doug, the service manager was very forthcoming, transparent, and didn't try to pressure me into other services or parts the car didn't need. When I gave them the "green-light," the job was completed quicker than expected and much cheaper than originally quoted by the dealership. Thanks, Courtesy Auto!

We've been taking our vehicles to Courtesy for over ten years and everything we've had done there - whether it's an oil change, new tires, or something more substantial like replacing an axle - has always been done well and priced fairly. They are honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating - five stars!.

(realistic 2.5?) I left disappointed after getting my vehicle back with a feeling I overpaid and didn’t get the outcome I was paying for.I brought my truck in here after getting an inspection across the parking lot at Firestone ($11 for inspection) to hopefully resolve a rattling issue after Firestone said everything looked good and couldn’t spot any problems they could find. Because the inspection at Courtesy was $160 ($150 more), I figured they would do a deeper dive into the issue and resolve it. On top of this, I also needed a pair of tires changed. FIRESTONE quoted me $80 to swap out all four tires - Courtesy was $150. So double the price. When I first installed my wheels and tires that I was getting replaced - I bought specific TPMS that were stems, and when going over initial details, they said I’d need to get them to be replaced with their in-house TPMS (because mine are hard mounted in) so more $$. After having my truck all day, changing out the tires, I got the inspection; they also said nothing seemed to be wrong, but I could pay $160 an hour (total cost of $225) to retorque my upper control arms. Of course, at this point, I’m already invested in both inspection, tire change and hoping to resolve the issue. Sadly when I ask if that’s solved the problem when I text in the morning before picking up my vehicle, they reply that it’s better but not completely gone (sound/rattling); I think it’ll be better. To pull out of the parking lot to hear all the same things and a good amount of money for services, inspection, and tire installation that’s significantly more than competing shops. I decided to take it here and pay, only to feel like it was, for lack of a better term, an expensive lesson learned that “more expensive doesn’t mean better” - as I’d have saved about 1/2 of what I paid overall to Firestone for the same outcome.

I have been coming to Courtesy Auto for around 20 years. The honesty and integrity of the people, their consistent customer service, keeps me coming back. Bob, being the person I interact with the most, really does a fine job, but everyone is customer oriented. This, plus your fine work, is an unbeatable benchmark. Thank you for everything!

I'm barely given any 1 star review; but this one is overwhelmingly full of trash that I have to put a note for anyone's future recommendation!1. I came early Tuesday 04/18 morning to see any availability, the store manager told me they were full and referred me to make an appointment! I did, and there wouldn't be any slot until next Monday 04/24 at 0800 am. Funny how they made an appointment slot; when I checked online later, it was still open that week. They just want people waiting for them, instead of waiting for customers.2. The store manager told me only $75 for inspection and it would be deducted for the repair cost later.3. I took a day off, and came early to Apr 24. The salesman told me the whole cost for inspection is $175.38 and won't be deducted for later repair! Seriously!! 4. Trust is what you build for business but I guess they don't give a damn, since they are next to the mall and always pretending to be professional. Final word, I did go to BUCKY's TACOMA on the 48th. I did only $70 for inspection (fact only $70, no extra labor's hidden fee that goes up to $175) But the senior mechanic wouldn't be available until next month because of vacation. SO THEY REFUNDED ME $70. Please, support your local store before going to this so-called best service store in Tacoma!!!They are really on a whole different level of Bull-shit!! And I will bring my complain to anywhere I can! Even file a complaint at WA state!

Fantastic off the chart's customer service. Reminiscent of the 50's or 60's before customer service disappeared. I brought my fleet vehicle in I am very impressed. Super clean store and bathroom. Extremely responsive, polite and friendly staff. Thank you courtesy Goodyear!!

$140 dollars to change a few quarts of synthetic oil.They completed the work to our satisfaction and the staff was professional.However, we will never go back there and recommend that others look elsewhere for a better deal. Or better yet, look up a video and do it yourself in 30 minutes.Service: Oil change

I really wanted to love this place. Upon checkout the owner issued me a credit, and then charged me twice to make up for it. I let it go. However, I was then charged a third time. I have reached out for help and compensation and this issue is just not being resolved. They had me talk to their bank directly which is absolutely ridiculous. This place is priced higher than it's competitors for the same job, and the workers are technically incompetent. I already have issues with tire pressure and will need to go to another place to have them serviced. Just go to the Firestone on the other side.
