Michael was the best hands down sales rep ever! Coming in from out of state he made purchasing a new phone and line a fast, easy and painless process. Plus his partner (DJ Jazzy) Jess had a 🔥 Playlist on the entire time make the whole experience such a vibe 😀

Mike, the manager, is unethical and uncooperative. I took a phone, but discovered a problem that I didn't like. He told me he couldn't return it. It had only been a few minutes since I bought it, and it was still in his hand. He didn't give me any details about the new phone.
But I came back the second day and the problem was solved by another person who was very respectful and for his sake I am backing down after I had put one star and I will put four stars.

I'm so sad I didn't catch his name, but a big shoutout to the employee who helped me today on 3/19 from about 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM! My SIM card died on my phone, he provided clear, precise instructions, and we fixed the issue no problem. Thank you!

This Cricket is amazing! They are always willing to help. The manager there Jessica is very friendly and willing to help save money off my bill! Anyone who wants to find the best Cricket store is the one on South Tacoma Way on 56th Street.

Cricket store on 56th and S Tacoma Way. Sergio was incredibly kind, patient and very helpful. He helped with our cell phone account and purchase of a new phone. Sergio took extra time to help transfer our information and explain everything. I highly recommend Sergio. Honest and efficient!!

Bought a phone from cricket 3 days ago. Apparently it was the last of it's kind because it was the "store model" . The kid told me he would give me a good deal on it cause it was the last one. Okay. Get home start using the phone and the screen goes black. The phone is on but you can't see or use any of the functions because the screen is black. Apparently needed a hard reset. Today go back to cricket to return faulty phone and told they can't give me a refund because it was a display phone and they don't do that. Excuse me are you saying I'm out 300+ dollars for a phone that doesn't work? Kid who sold me the phone never mentioned no returns on this particular phone. And mind you he REALLY was pushing to sell me this model of phone. Shame on me. Cricket needs to make this right and give me my money back!!Edit: paid 295 for phone and accessories and was only given back 220? Minus the activation fee. looks like someone pocketed 60 of my own money for themselves. Will be changing phone providers ASAP.
