This pharmacy kinda sucks. They take forever to fill your prescriptions and the people behind the counter are not the nicest people. I can understand taking a day or whatever to fill my normal everyday meds but when I have a stat prescription sent here like antibiotics and it takes over 3 hours to fill that's ridiculous. Especially on a Monday night, I'm walking through the store, I see they're not very busy and I'm being told I have to wait longer than the 3 hours it's already taken. Trash.

I made a vaccine reservation well in advance. I showed up on time and they told me they couldn’t do it because it was too late in the day and they didn’t have enough people! But they knew my appointment in advance, so why not have common courtesy to call and cancel the appointment? There were several instances recently as well where they didn’t fulfill my prescription automatically and I had to go in to the location to ask them to fulfill it.

Went to pick up prescription at 1pm that got called in at 10am for girlfriend that just got all her wisdom teeth pulled. Gave us mouth rinse and said there was no record of anything else. He "checked" his other computer and the other 3 were magically there and said it would be about 30 minutes to fill. Got told 30 more minutes several more times and finally left just before 4pm. This seemed to be the case for several people there. She was visibly in pain and they didn't seem to care. To top it off, I had to call into work to take the rest of the day off for something that should've been in and out. I am never going here again.

Every single time I come here my medication is either not in their system (doesn’t matter if I get it every month or not) or I end up waiting hours for my prescription with there being basically nobody else there waiting.

Had a prescription sent in at 2:10 pm. I arrive at 4:00. They have no record of it. Finally able to find it, and was told it would take 30 minutes to fill. I am coming up on sitting here for 2 hours waiting for 1 bottle of medicine. Also had a very rude teller the first time I came through. Frank is super helpful and patient though.

This location never updates the status of prescriptions so prescriptions always show as “in progress” on their app. If you call to confirm status the automated system pulls information from their system which is obviously not updated by the employees, so it also states that the prescription is not ready. If you go to the store in person there is a 50/50 chance it will be ready. They constantly misplace prescriptions as well. And you cannot choose to have prescriptions delivered instead because that option is only available for prescriptions that show as ready in their system. I have let them know about this issue a few times and have just been told “sorry we are too busy to update the status”. My insurance only allows me to use CVS so I am stuck dealing with these people. I am essentially being denied healthcare due to the poor management of this store.

Tried to pick up a prescription that was ready, but the pharmacy was shuttered and the two techs sitting outside just shrugged and said they didn't know if they would be opening today because the pharmacist didn't feel like showing up. It took me an hour to get there because the bus stop near my apartment is re-routed and google maps didn't update it. Not totally relevant, but definitely added to my frustration. Glad I wasn't trying to pick up anti-seizure meds or anything life-threateningly important. It's not like this is a coffee shop where if the barista doesn't feel like showing up for work I can just go somewhere else.Oh also, they never answer the phone, even when they are open.

Pharmacy at the Target in Tacoma. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, personable. Relatively short wait times. Very happy with this service.

Went in to inquire into getting my booster shot, was greeted with such a bad attitude from the gray haired slightly balding glasses wearing pharmacy tech or pharmacist. He acted like I was supposed to know they didn’t carry the first booster anymore & laughed at me when I told him I didn’t have it. Went to Walgreens & immediately was greeted by a kind pharmacist with a head full of hair whom gave me my booster in 2 minutes.

Thank you to the pharmacy team on 5/7/23! I had been nausea for 18hrs . I finally was able to get an rx sent and the team was amazing for just having two people work . Thank you !

Never have my prescriptions filled on time and never seem to have my information even tho my pharmacy card & insurance hasn’t changed for years. Would recommend going elsewhere.

Literally every time I try to pick up a prescription here it's at least a 15 minute wait, even after they call to tell me it's ready. It's like they think I love browsing the toiletry aisles after a long day of work or something

Drove here from gig harbor. Paid a bridge toll to fill two prescriptions. They said they could get them done but where closing in 10 minutes. Came back at 5:59 "closed at 6" to pick up but were already closed and said rudely that prescriptions were done but they closed early because no one was waiting. I was an isle over looking at toothpaste. Terrible service. Should of said to wait right there and not to move or they would close early. Lazy and rude people should get a job where they don't have to interact with the public.

Normally have no issue with my prescription pick up. Staff always nice.Recently made an appointment for a vaccine. Stood in the line with the sign “consultation” and was ignored. I finally flagged down an employee who said to go to the “pick up” line to help in the order of arrival. This negates making an appointment. Either fix the signs, add guidance, or rework the system.

I made an appointment for my COVID shot for 3:30pm and wasn’t seen until more than an hour later. Do we not have a manager in the pharmacy area that can manage their personnel better.
