I started an online reservation and processed the paperwork online. It was fast and easy but I was having difficulties with the app. Between Kathy and Christopher, they were both amazing and direct with what I needed and helped as much as they could to solve the issue. I'm on a time crunch and couldn't solve the issue right away and had to cancel my rental unit but the team there , especially Chris, are amazing. Maybe in the future if I need a storage unit on the fly, I'm definitely coming back to them.

Kelly is one of the greatest most helpful and patient people I have ever met. She knows her stuff, she explains things very simply to help make the whole process as easy as possible. I was going through A LOT of personal trauma & drama in my life when I originally needed a storage unit and she helped me get through the getting a storage unit and a post office box. She is the definition of what all “customer service” should be. I will encourage people to get a storage unit at this location strictly because of Kelly!!

I don't mean this in a negative way- i have worked at the same place that uses this storage unit for nearly 3 years. Do you know how many times I've needed to speak with a human? As many times as I decided to find one. Once. One time, out of the hundreds I've visited. I just needed to use the bathroom, but it's pretty crazy how smoothly you can operate without interference entirely here. You do need an app, but that's just where we are living these days. You need an app for going to McDonald's.

Fully automated, easy to apply for a unit online, clean, easy access and great app. Quality in exchange for price is still great value. Highly recommended to those in the area storing items of value or needing a quick turnaround.
