Doug was great and knowledgeable. No surprise costs or hidden fees. He also came in roughly 25% lower than any other bid.
When I picked up my car it was completely cleaned. I dropped it off full of sand and dirt and every nook and cranny was cleaned while it was at their shop.
The body work itself looked great, you couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident. Panel gaps are even and the body panels line up.

I backed into a Jeep Waggoner and put a big dent in my rear bumper and torqued the trunk lid slightly. Doug Darnell gave me a great estimate for repairs and I took the Camry in on Monday for a new bumper and tap out of the trunk lid. Work was done by Wednesday. The bumper is new, looks great and the trunk lid is straight. I couldn't be happier and he charged me less than the estimate he gave me. I've had Doug do several car repairs for me and the work has always been top notch, done on time and very reasonable. He gets my repeat business and I highly recommend him.

I experienced a mixture of positive and negative with this place. I believe some of the negative was a lack of knowledge on my part of the mechanics of what body works and paint entail. The owner took real seriously my concerns and showed good efforts in as much as he got a man from metal magic to come see what he could do to take care of my issue. My problem was expecting more than the science of paint and body work could deliver. It was up to me to accept the limitations of what this shop could deliver and once I did I could comfortably accept the outcome of the man's efforts. Thank you sir for a job done as well as could be.

The passenger side of my car was badly damaged when a guy ran a stop sign. The car was towed to Darnell's Body Shop and they did an amazing job. New panels, new door, new tire. They even washed and polished it before I picked it up. Great customer service!

I needed to have my bumper re-attached and they were able to get me in the same week. I dropped my car off around 9am and they had it done before 1pm! They were very friendly and responsive and did a great job repairing my bumper, and explained to me what they did. Also they only charged me $65, which was the lowest of the price range they quoted!
