Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Tacoma offers a fun space for kids and adults to burn off energy, with plenty of options to jump, run, and flip. Visitors appreciate the large seating areas for parents to observe and the availability of snack bars and restrooms, though some reviews mention cleanliness issues with the bathrooms. The facility is currently undergoing remodeling, with some areas, including tech games and certain structures, closed or not functioning properly. Despite these limitations, many guests enjoy the overall experience, especially children who love activities like the zip line and foam pits. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with positive comments about the customer service, particularly from a manager who received praise for outstanding service. However, some reviews highlight concerns about safety and supervision, noting that monitoring of stairs and admission bracelets is inconsistent. There were also reports of safety hazards, such as a deep pit with no safety barriers and a raised floor near the smaller trampolines that is near caving in. Additionally, some guests found the staff to appear uninterested or unprofessional, and cleanliness issues, especially in the bathrooms, were mentioned. Overall, Sky Zone remains a popular place for kids to have fun, with ongoing improvements aimed at making the experience better.
My family and I went to Sky Zone in Tacoma today and we had the best experience with the staff. Jay, the manager is absolutely the best. Amazing customer service. We definitely will be back - we are thinking about having my sons birthday party here!
shoutout to Jay!! :)

Its very busy and the place smells like a dirty pull up. Seating is hard to get and the staff look unhappy to be there. Which I don't blame then because the kids that go there are badly mannered and loud.
