I live two hours away from Tacoma. I got an acrylic gel fill and my toes painted. It cost me $70. The next day the gel was already coming off and the acrylic was lifting. I cannot just come in and have rhem fixed. Now 4 days later every nail is gone.Service: Acrylic nails

If I could zero stars, I would. My acrylic gel fill and gel pedicure has not even lasted one week. My design has been chipping away, the gel on my toes has been chipping, one nail came off without anything even strenuous. I went to the bathroom and she asked my husband to pay…I came back and of course he did trying to be nice and surprise me but she charged him $170 for two pedicures and one acrylic fill. 2/3 gel but it doesn’t matter, so overpriced and I know they took advantage of him bc of course he doesn’t regularly do that to know the actual prices. She did a sloppy, inadequate job, and is obviously a liar who takes advantage of people. Disgusting people and establishment.Services: Nail designs

Horrible horrible service she did my nails crooked and bubbly, the shape was wrong and when I told her it wasn’t what I liked she said “how do you know when I only completed one hand” .. which is rude and when I said I didn’t like it they cut the nails off my hands in order for me to get a refund. Extremely unprofessional!! Don’t go too expensive as well.

My daughter went here for the first time, she will never go there again, the lady was in a rush and got so rough filing my daughters nails, well from her filing my daughters skin she now has a infected finger. I would not recommend anybody going there.

I just got my nails done on the 2nd of September and today is the 5th of September and they are already popping off and one actually came off yesterday, I had to get fixed today luckily the nail salon I did go to explain to me what going on and why my nails are getting broken so fast. I had good service I would say very pricey for a cheap nail job. I am not coming back. Also no refund for their own mistake. Also not driving 30 mins just to get it fixed by them.

Incredibly overpriced and horrible work! I paid $55 for a basic full set and my daughter paid $77 for a full set with her tips painted! My nails were extra thick and are already lifting after only 5 days! My cuticles are a wreck as well! I will NEVER GO BACK!Service: Acrylic nails

Terribly rushed and didn’t care about my request or my feelings at all… There is a female employee that started with taking off my dip polish on my fingers. I had gotten them done previously from this salon. I went in asking for removal of my dip polish and she didn’t buff them at all or didn’t event soak them in acetone. Instead she used cuticle cutters to clip the sides of the nail and then took an acrylic nail and jammed it in between my nail and the dip polish. She did it so fast and it hurt so much that I yelped. She put pressure on my nail and then kept going. I pulled my hands back and asked if there was another way we could remove the polish and she didn’t answer me. Instead she grabbed my hand again and then made groaning sounds to her coworker. I got nervous and awkward to say anything more, and I even started to tear up because some of the removal was painful. Then I apologized to her for “being sensitive”. I should’ve walked out at that point, or even asked for another technician. My nail beds are red now and they are shredded in little parts because of the way she took off the dip. She said that my nail beds look healthy- but this is the first time ever that my nails felt crappier after dip removal. All the other times that they have been removed properly (by buffing & soaking) caused my nails to feel stronger than before. Because I wasn’t sure if this process is just new- and maybe other professional do it as well, I did research. This method that the tech used is definitely not the best way to take off Dip. Its actually the worst way to remove it. I would love to go back again, I just know now that I’d wait and request for the nail techs that take their time and listen to my requests.

Worst nail services every. I spent nearly $300 for the worst pedicures we have ever had. I was my daughter's birthday and she felt the pedicure was so bad it ruined her otherwise great day.
