Just wanted to give a shout out to one of the kind employees, I think her name was Micheal and she was so polite and professional and gave me great help and when the item I was looking for wasn't available she showed me a alternative which saved me from attempting to go to another store. No one helped me, no one acknowledged me, I was left alone for over 30 mins wandering around looking for a pickleball paddles. To my dismay all I could she was athletic clothing. On my way put the front door I said to the cashier, I am shocked you don't carry paddles, rackets, sports equipment, ect, and the cashier responded, yes we do, upstairs! I was floored, and said, upstairs? Who, what, where are rge stairs, elevator, ect, no one offered to help or guide me or even let me know ther was an upstairs! I was so upset and what a waste of my time, I immediately left and proceeded to go to Big 5 down the street where they greeted me, found what I needed at a fair price and in a timely manner! Sorry Dicks! I will be selling my stock and investing in Big 5 from now on!

1. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had a great experience today finding shoes with Cam. I had a list of shoes I was interested in trying and Cam helped me figure out what shoes were the right route to go for my job, the length of time wearing them and my circumstances (being 7 months pregnant). He asked me several thoughtful questions, that I hadn’t considered. I had an idea of what I thought I wanted but he took the time to make a few calculated suggestions that were not only better but exactly what I have been looking for. It’s only by chance that all my top running pics were by one brand as he suggested a few others too.
2. I hate going shopping, I hate going to the mall and it has been YEARS since I have found comfortable shoes. I am not a fan of the popular hokas brand and prefer something with more stability and being that I am such a small frame means that a lot of foam is actually very hard and uncomfortable. I truly will be returning to this location in the future. And probably requesting Cam specifically for assistance. 😅

I came here to buy Nike shoes for myself. They are a bit more expensive than some other stores. But having a VERY GOOD attendant in the shoe section is worth it. Helps with selection as well as sizing etc. that keeps me coming back. And will be back again.
