Had a frustrating visit to Dollar Tree in Tacoma. Spent about an hour shopping with my kids, only to be rushed to check out before closing. Staff turned the lights off briefly, making my kids uncomfortable, then showed clear irritation at our large purchase. Multiple incidents of shoplifting also made the atmosphere tense. Despite the great selection and low prices, the overall experience was disappointing.

When i walked in it was like the game show let's make a deal. Only people where dressed in costumes like homeless guy and smelly chick from the corner and guy with a sign. Its a dam dollar tree what you think it was like? Like all the others nothing special

This is the only dollar store that I've been to that I chose to leave early instead of shopping around because the employees were so rude. I mean crazy rude.

My fiancé and I come here all the time, but today? It was a circus. One lady decided she needed enough balloons like the movie UP and suddenly everyone lost their damn minds. The line was slow, sure, but instead of blaming Balloon Barbie, they were ripping into the poor cashier like they were fighting for the last fry at McDonald’s. My only complaint? They don’t always have what I need, but that’s called life. But seriously people need to calm tf down 🫥😂

Worst shopping experience at any retail store. Disorganized, cluttered, or empty shelves with stacks of random misplaced items throughout the store. Hard to shop and find or enjoy looking at items. It wasn't a holiday, I genuinely am baffled why there was so much mess. Never going back to this location.

I swear EVERY TIME I go into this location it just gets worse and worse. I didn't even know that could be possible!!! I just don't understand how all the other Dollar Tree's have product, cleanliness, and GREAT customer service. The ONLY reason I even try to go to this location because it's super convenient to go to, but after my experience last night..... I will NEVER go to this location again!!! It needs a COMPLETE overhaul!!! If not just CLOSE the doors!!!

I'm honestly surprised the health department has not shut this Dollar Tree down. This Dollar Tree is disgusting, the employees are dirty and unsanitary. They are they screaming back-and-forth across the aisles. There's homeless people standing in the aisle's eating food. This place is so disgusting and unsanitary. I will not step foot back in here and it's also unsafe. There's broken product all over the floor how the state is allowing the store to operate is beyond me.

It was a horrible experience. People walking out with arms overflowing with unpaid merchandise. Extremely Long Line and No other cashier was called to back up, Not even after it was suggested. The cashier was appalling and disgusting, she was literally Eating Cheetos and Pickles using her hand while she was touching merchandise and handling cash and the register and then giving you your receipt with Cheetos on it....I will NEVER GO BACK...

Very dirty place, nothing swept or cleaned. The floor is covered with trash and products. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Almost everything you need for a fraction of the price. Only improvement i think could benefit the store is adding more groceries. ( I understand it wouldn't all work at one dollar but they could still sell it a lot cheaper then other stores and still make a decent profit) I think it would bring in a whole different group of people.

Messy and disorganized which I expect from dollar tree (and not the worst dollar tree I've seen by far) however what I don't expect is employees yelling and arguing with each other. Very unwelcoming environment.

Was a typical Dollar Tree. Usual stock. Did require masks and had hand sanitizer available.
