Just left an the lady accused me of using counterfeit Money. She claimed there was supposed to be a line on my 5 dollar bill she held the line up an I had to go to the car to get more money. This just happened 5 minutes ago and I was raised to respect elders so I just said thank you an have a nice day. I willl contact cooperate

The store had a decent selection, but it was pretty messy overall. A lot of the shelves were disorganized, and items were scattered around, which made it hard to find what I was looking for. It felt like I had to rummage through everything just to get to what I needed. The staff seemed busy but weren’t really addressing the clutter. Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement in keeping the place tidy and easier to shop in

My recent visit to the dollar store in Tacoma was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority. The cashier appeared disinterested and moved at a glacial pace, making the checkout process excruciatingly slow. Moreover, the store itself was disgustingly dirty, with an overwhelming stench of urine lingering in the air. The presence of homeless individuals only added to the unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, it was by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had.

Would give zero stars if possible. My best friend was in there with her three, very well behaved children. Dollar store was having a glitch and it would not accept her debit card, my friend contacted her bank, they confirmed nothing was wrong with her card or account and that there was more then enough funds for the transaction. Sales clerk refused to try again and demanded cash. So my friend gave her a fresh $100 just picked up from BECU. Cashier went to the office came back, literally yelling, THIS IS FAKE. Horrifying, right?! My friend had to go next door to the credit union, they confirmed it was NOT fake, they deposited it through the ATM and my friend came back with $20s and paid and told the cashier (starts with an L) that the $100 was fine and the cashier had the audacity to say "I know, I just thought you were shady." Seriously, she thought a SAHM of three children on a homeschool field trip was "just shady" so she decided to publicly embarrass her with lies and accusations. Seriously disgusting behavior!

The place is understaffed and can't keep an employee. This place is disgusting and a mess. The floors are always super dirty and the product is strewn all over the floors. Who owns this slum store? Do better!Prices are low so 2 stars.
