Sales associate Mirra (heavyset women, pink hair) has poor customer service skills and should not be working front of house. She's rude and impatient. Idk if she is very easily overwhelmed or was frustrated that she had a line and couldn't watch YouTube on her phone. Either way not my problem.

I need to say something that was very ridiculous. while I was in line, along with 5 other people, there was a family of five in the store and they all one by one walked right out of the store with there hands full of merchandise and it was a mother with 4 kids from probably 8-14years old, and the cashier didn't even look in that direction one time, and I wanted to say something so bad, but she didn't look very interested.I would guarantee this isn't the first time, and when you go over inventory of this store. I think it will show that this store has allot of unaccounted merchandise, and I can tell people must do this all the time, because it really seemed like everything at the $5, level, and pocket size items was bare on the shelves, and to watch people walk right out of the store without the cashier even looking up or anything, was crazy. it took them a couple minutes to all walk out. Check inventory and I have no doubt it will show

Bought a laser point and the cashier asked “how old was I?” And I said “I’m 29. Why?” Then he looked hesitant and said “oh, because you would have to be 21 in order to purchase these laser point.” I said “oh really, I’ve never heard of that?!” Then he said “it used to be 18 now it’s 21”
My problem was if a product is out and need is age restricted to purchase wouldn’t it be force to see ID and also be in certain area where a customer can’t grab such as like cigarettes? I was looking online because I’ve just moved here and maybe I didn’t know a law but there isn’t any law stating you have to be 21, so clearly you have someone making up their policy. I’m not against it whatever his reasoning but clearly he was making his own law

When i first walked in I wasn’t sure if the neighborhood homeless guy was gonna ask me for change or let me be. But then I walked in and wasn’t sure if i was gonna get a disease from touching something. I would only come here if it’s all you can afford, safeway and Albertsons isn’t that far away. Great for cards though can’t complain about that 10/10

Alot of homeless out front, including a half nude man today. I understand they can only control that to a certain extent. Inside was dirty and product all over the floor. Messy shelves. Nice staff though.
