Naomi was incredible.
Despite several customers all needing assistance, it seems that my experience wasnt affected at all as I was still able to get the service i needed to fill my complicated order without feeling like I was being put off. Despite being busy she was cheerfully helpful to all.

If you're looking for larger clothing, this is a good spot to check out. They have a lot of nice clothes (casual and business attire). I do wish their prices were cheaper. Even with the online coupons and sale prices, their clothing is still pretty expensive in the end.

Well this is the closest one to where I live. The only bad thing I can say is maybe the security could be a little nicer. Walked in with a bag and she didn’t even let us step in 5 steps “You can’t walk around with that!”. I get why but no hello or hey just drop that at register and enjoy your vist. She said something else but after that I ignored her. Everything else was great as usual. Violet is great and she is always hustling. The other two associates were helpful and great as well. Overall selection of sizes seems to be down but I was able to find some great selections.

Can't say enough about the excellent customer service my husband has received here. The staff and store manager are so helpful and also just fun to chat with. They will go above and beyond to help make sure you get the correct fit. We couldn't be happier with our experiences here.

I’m a regular here and I usually come with high anxiety and I hate shopping for clothes for myself.
The ladies look at you like a regular human being and are quick to help in anyway with NO awkwardness and are so kind.
My stress is gone when I see them and shopping isn’t so bad after all.

The staff is always welcoming. Ready to help find items, even to have shipped since everything has to be tall. Favorites at this (Tacoma Mall BLVD) store are Psycho Bunny and Reebok .Been going to the same store since they opened. Absolutely recommend them. The price is nothing in comparison to FITTING clothes. They do also carry large size shoes.

Violet and Tim were really helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The Tacoma location is convenient and really clean and organized which is awesome. The quality of merchandise is above other online stores for sure. The only downside is they rarely stock taller lengths in their pants and jeans selection. I would definitely recommend this store.
