I went here for the first time for an oil change because I had a coupon. They were so helpful and nice! Dan at the counter was super nice and even helped put a show on the tv for my little boy. It was one of the first places I've been to that actually checked everything out and didn't try to get me to do a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Honest folks! I'll be back 😀

I had an amazing experience with this shop. I had my car towed there after it was stolen and they did the absolute most they could to help. The process was horribly slow and frustrating due to my insurance but the shop was persistent with my insurance adjuster and always called me with updates. Once my insurance had finalized approval, they had the car done in less than 48 hours. AMAZING! They even cleaned out all the gross crap from when it was stolen. Truly 5 star service. They also sent me a lovely card with a coupon in the mail! i didn’t check my mail for a couple weeks so i didn’t see it in time but an amazing gesture! could not have been more pleased with my service here!

Dave and Dan were amazing!! They helped me so much! I called countless times asking so many questions and every time they answered and helped me the best they could and even helped me locate a blown fuse so I could pump my tire up just so I could drive my car to eagle! Thank you guys sooooo much!!!

Came in earlier today to get two tires due to a blowout. At 8 AM they told me my tires would be ready at roughly 10 o’clock. At 11 I called and they said the tires weren’t there yet but would be in by 1. At 1:30 I walk in and the tires still aren’t there and zero communication from the staff.
PRO TIP: if there’s a significant delay, reaching out to the customer is certainly advisable.
I have used them several times before and always have great service but their distribution center or whomever they get their tires from needs serious work.

If you can go ANY place else, do it. WAY over priced and lots of hidden 'shop' fees. The latest is: one can't even use their credit card without a fee based on amount being chattered...$30 per $1k. Luckily, I pays cash. Staff are gruff and forget that without us, they don't have jobs. I was going to be loyal as they are my local shop but not after treating lower income people like this and even more for using a credit card. That's unethical. Shame on them.

!!!!!THIS SHOP RUINED MY CAR!!!!!
The bill was under Robert Pernula. I am in Pennsylvania to help my sister through cancer.
I took my 2002 FORD Mustang here to have the clutch replaced. They didn't install it correctly. They told me that clutches always tick and that I didn't know what I was talking about. I left it again. They drove it over 200 miles while they had it. They said that they reinstalled it but said that all parts around the clutch, including the alternator, were damaged and needed to be replaced. Because I don't have money to pay for their mistakes and their driving my car and damaging it more, I am out a car.
The man behind the counter basically told me that I was a liar, ignorant, and knew nothing about my how my car worked. Even after explaining that, with my nephew's help, I had changed the clutch the last time but, that he had moved out of state so I needed to trust someone else to do it. He said that I wasn't being honest with him. I started telling him the steps to replace the clutch and he stopped me. He said that anyone could learn the steps from doing research and that I had never done any work on my car.
He admitted that the clutch was not installed correctly. He admitted that it had been driven too long with the improperly installed clutch and that it was MY FAULT. He said that they could redo it again and replace the damaged parts, but I would have to pay for the new parts.

They attempted a repair and ended up damaging more components of my car and after the repair they misdiagnosed it 2x and it’s still not fixed. Avoid sending any German cars here. They also lied to my face about what another shop did and I have it recorded as well, such incompetent and deceitful mechanics here. Still trying to get it repaired 2+ months later
UPDATE 5/29/24:
I had the VW dealership look at the issue and they also determined the wheel speed sensor needed to be replaced due to the crash, something which your shop allegedly tested for multiple times when I had to bring it back to have the problem looked at. I brought up the speed sensor issue multiple times and the lady at the front desk said it was silly to think that was the issue because not everyone should listen to forum posts on Google. she assured me your shop would test for that. So the VW dealership proved that it was not the difference in tire threads like your shop said and I didn’t need to buy a whole new set of tires.

This place is LEGIT!! Our whole family get repair work done here and the mechanics and staff are the best! My car is driving way better after having them fix another auto shop repair and I cannot be any happier with the level of care I received. They called me every time they found another issue and discussed my options and pricing. Very transparent. Worth every penny!
