Eddie Bauer no longer offers a lifetime guarantee of their products, and will not honor products with the Lifetime Guarantee tag. The in-store experience is challenging; they got new computers in October 2023 and can no longer access information prior, including rewards and returns.

I had a bad experience with the lady who rang me up. She was condescending toward her coworker who was assisting us, took over the transaction, and then was equally unpleasant toward my mother who was trying to get clarification on their updated military discount policy. My mother was frustrated toward the new stricter policy and the cashier took it personally, apparently. The cashier made several sarcastic comments under her breath meant to mock my mother while my mother was speaking to a different employee about the situation.
As much as I like Eddie Bauer’s selection, I will not be shopping from this company going forward, solely based on this experience.

This was a fine location. They didn't have the computer bag that we were looking for. But they had some other standard pieces. Unfortunately, we weren't looking for them. But the grandbabies got something so that was good. The people working here were nice, but I needed some more guidance to get what I was looking for, which was a proper down jacket. I wanted to buy, actually, he was going to buy, but I walked away because I felt it was up to me to put this outfit together and that was not my skill, so they lost out.

Defective products.Their jeans don’t last more than a year. The buttons pop off or the belt loops tear off. The stitching is absolutely garbage. When I go to the store to exchange, they hide behind their 1 year policy to prevent exchanging or giving a store credit to replaced defective item.They won’t even try to find my in the system. They will just try to find similar Jean style and say they didn’t find anything.I think I’ll just buy my jeans from Walmart at this point. Atleast they last.
