There is no lumber for sale at the Tacoma location. Do not swing by expecting to see what they have in stock. This building is for shipping and receiving only. The actual showroom is up in Port Townsend.

Absolutely one of the best exotic wood suppliers in the Pacific Northwest.

As a new woodworker, walking into Edensaw's Port Townsend location felt like a kid walking into a theme park that was half Disneyland and half Candyland. The wood itself is incredible, the staff are very kind and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer. If you're looking for a live edge slab don't think twice - these guys have a TON of really incredible options. Their pricing is relatively competitive, in my admittedly limited experience.

I've been buying stuff from them for almost a year now and almost each time we run into an issue by their fault (90%of time they sent wrong order or wrong quantity, bowed plywood sheets, which they do intend to fix. Each time, I was giving them another chance , but It got very old. Every time they mess up, you still have to pay out of pocket for a new order and wait for days to get refund for old order they messed up.

Nice people but road construction makes it a little difficult to get to.

I called Edensaw earlier last week for lumber pricing and confirmed it yesterday over the phone. When I showed up at 4:20 pm an employee told me they don’t have the product I twice inquired about. The same employee also told me they were closing at 4:30 and turned me away. I’ve since verified that the business closes at 5 pm. My experience over the phone with this company was very different in person. I won’t be buying lumber here and would warn other POC from doing business here.

Bought some 3/4 walnut veneer plywood and 3/8 mdf for a TV console project I wanted to do. I'm a complete novice and wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for. These guys worked with me and helped me figure out what I needed for my project (most places won't even give you the time of day if you don't know what you're looking for). The rates are reasonable too and the quality is good. All around great experience!Edit: The 3/8 mdf sheet was used for the back panel and the doors. I used a radius V groove router bit to cut the cross hatch design into the doors. Also, the walnut edge banding has held up very well for over a year now.

Edensaw provides the consumate woodworker with the religious experience that the name implies. It is a type of heavenly tropical hardwood/tool garden and proof that an Eden of sorts still exists... minus the snake.

I don't have a whole like to say, but, go HERE. I love Edensaw Wood. I made a beautiful live edge cherry bar. I was able to get the resin to fill in holes. It's amazing. Highly recommended.
