Smoothies are great but the service is hit or miss. The girl who just served completely ignored me except for asking me what I wanted and had the music blaring. UPON leaving i told her thank you and have a good day and she absolutely ignored me.

Came in around 8am to a clean, music-filled store with my daughter to order her berry berry and myself an energizer. They were the best they’ve ever been this time thanks to the awesome, friendly and caring service provided by Michelle! We had to call back after we left because we couldn’t believe how good the smoothies were. Thanks Michelle!

I always come there to get a good smoothie and I am rarely disappointed. (The only time it happened they made sure to take my disappointment in consideration which I really appreciate.) Their smoothies are really good (I personally love the PB&J!!! 🤣) and I noticed they have boosters for your drinks as well, so that you can add some vitamins or energy boost to your drinks!!! (Idk but they have a lot of options!)
Most of the time the shop is really quiet and calm, so I highly recommend grabbing a smoothie after a great work out (it's next to LA Fitness 😎👌🏻) or even just on a hot day😌
(And I add a bonus point for the reactivity of the team when a problem occurs🙏🏻)

I really enjoy going to get a smoothie here. Tiny spot but full of delicious choices! Friendly service and willing to help out if overwhelmed by the huge selection. Tropical Paradise is a favorite!

Smoothies are good. Customer service can improve. There's no need to spend money at an establishment because they make you feel unwelcomed.

Spot on destination. Work at local gym and these folks tailor a great experience every time im in for a smoothie. In fact just order a a rejuvanator for the my girlfriend and was given a personalsized order expressing my love! If that ain't pure customer service, Idk what is. Stop by for quick pick me up! Also stop by Crunch Fitness just down the road!

I would add 0 stars, if I could. This place advertises a smoothie that is 500 calories +, yet when I watched them make the smoothie, the ingredient only covered 15% of the blender, she packed the rest with ice. It had so much ice, that the blender would not start, so she poured water to melt the ice down.
So if you go here, you are paying for overpriced watered down smoothies. As, it barely had any flavor, and definitely was not filling enough for the 500 calories the menu falsely states it has.

I come here all the time. For years. Usually our smoothies are good. But today I was kind of shocked....I ordered and my smoothies were done in less than 1 min. I tasted both of them and they both tasted incredibly off. Not the usual guava sunrise. They both tasted like straight orange juice, grainy and had chunks of ice......when paying over 20$ it's a little upsetting. There was no care in making them just slapped the shit together and called it good. Not okay. This place always has a vibe to it. Seems like a toxic workplace whenever I go in there.

I come to the 6th Ave Emerald City Smoothie very offen and the staff is always cheerful and kind. They remember my order and are ver promp in taking and making people's orders. I have never had a bad experience in years of coming to this location. They are great, I highly recommend.
