Don't try to park anything bigger than a pickup. They dont have any room wont make any accommodations and it is a rough area to park on the street. Left didn't even go inside.

I stayed at the Emerald Queen Casino hotel on June 2nd and had what should’ve been a memorable night I even hit a jackpot on the casino floor. Instead, the entire experience was overshadowed by a shocking display of disability discrimination by your security staff.
At around 3:00 AM, while accompanied by my trained service dog, I was publicly confronted, harassed, and denied proper access by two security officers named Christina and Ursula. Despite my full compliance with the ADA [american disability act](and their legal obligation to allow service animals), they demanded documentation they aren’t legally allowed to ask for, questioned my disability, and treated me with hostility and disrespect in front of other guests.
I’ve stayed at many casinos across the country and have never been treated this way. This wasn’t a misunderstanding it was a blatant violation of federal and state disability rights. The emotional distress I experienced completely erased any joy from my win and stay.
I expected better from a business of this size and reputation, especially one that markets itself as inclusive and accessible. I’ve submitted a formal complaint and will be forwarding this matter to the Washington Human Rights Commission, the Department of Justice, and the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Commission if it’s not appropriately addressed.
Until this casino properly trains its staff and takes accountability for its ADA violations, I cannot recommend this property to anyone especially individuals with disabilities.

At first a security guard wouldn’t let me in with my Fanny pac, then a lady who workers there was extremely disrespectful when asking for help with a machine that wasn’t letting us cash out. Making comments about me losing my money. Bad customer service all around.
