I have not rented from Enterprise in nearly 20 years because of a terrible customer service experience. We needed a car on short notice and Enterprise was the only one that had one available. I was amazed by the customer service of both Trevino and Marcos at this location. They were friendly, professional and accommodating. They worked to make everyone's experience, including ours, a positive one. We felt heard and seen. I will be using Enterprise again!

Highly recommend doing business with them. These people truly care and they provide exceptional customer care. Graice was the agent who assisted me and my experience was amazing from start to finish because of her. I also noticed the other agents assisting others with the same professionalism as well. I Highly recommend this North Tacoma office if you’re looking to be treated exceptionally. I will always come back there. Thanks again Graice!

I rented a car for 4 days last week from Enterprise on Market Street in Tacoma.
The experience was great! I went in thinking I was going to get the cheapest little car to drove around for 4 days. Well, it was very inexpensive because I ended up being upgraded to a new Altima for the same inexpensive price! That car actually made my long weekender driving much easier on my body..making my weekend a great experience!

I accidently left a garage door opener in the rental I used on the visor. This compromises the security of the home since we have no idea who said customer is and what they are capable of. I called the very next day when I realized. They had already given the vehicle to a new customer without checking the vehicle for items.
Then I came in cause they thought they had it. They didn't, it was someone else's. I asked if they could reach out to the customer to see if they have it. The only thing they have done is call the customer a few times. Since they got no response they just left it.
I got no updates on the situation. I have had to reach out myself every time. Now they are purposely screening my calls cause they don't want to deal with me.
Absolutely terrible staff with no sense of caring or professionalism. I do not recommend the enterprise location if you want good service.

Charles Handel assisted me with a recent rental. He did a great job, & got me in & out quickly. (I was busy & the customer service survey link expired before I could complete it) This is my second time using this location. If you need to be picked up, call them in the morning so they can work it in to their schedule. They have a good team that seems to genuinely like helping their customers.

We have both cars in the shop for repairs. It's been over 3 months for one and 1 month for the other, due to nationwide auto parts shortages. The bright spot on this scenario is that the service we've received at Tacoma Enterprise on St. Helens has been grade A #1! Very convenient access as well. Chloe and Drake have all been wonderful.

The staff at the downtown Tacoma, WA Enterprise Car Rental were awesome! I made my reservation online the day before. When I arrived, they were expecting me and had my car ready. I was able to extend the rental by a day with an easy call. I've rented from them twice in the last 6 weeks (because my car was in the shop... an entirely different story) and will go to them again. If you have a Costco membership, you might be eligible for a 5-7% discount if reservations are made via Costco.
