Very quick and easy to reserve a car. The workers were all professional and made it very easy to modify my reservation and extend it. They also let me drop off my car at the dealership so that I didn't have to pay for a rideshare back. When the dealership forgot to tell them that my car was ready to be picked up, they didn't charge me for the dealership's mistake. I will go there again anytime I need a rental in Tacoma.

Stopped in to rent a vehicle without a reservation on a busy weekend, so understandably had a small wait. Was very impressed with the staff’s composure on a busy Memorial Day weekend; particularly Christian who was not once discourteous to a customer, and seemed to understand the status of every vehicle on the lot when asked. Also impressed with Olivia’s professionalism and kindness.

Scheduled early in the morning for a 5:30 pick up via phone call. Arrived 15 minutes early. Was told still needed to send the vehicle through detail. Around 5:40 overhead them saying that vehicle was going to a different person. 10 minutes later they tell me they were giving me a “complimentary upgrade” for the wait. Vehicle was filthy. Said they could give me a complimentary car wash- said no i need to go pick up my children hence the 5:30 pick up being scheduled at 10:00am that morning and now its 6:00pm. I washed, vacuumed, filled the tank and dropped off before deadline (after hours on a sunday) called Monday afternoon to ask when i would receive my deposit back they said they had not done the return inspection that they would call me in a COUPLE DAYS once they are able to do the inspection and then would be 3-5 business days to receive my deposit back. On FRIDAY i called them and spoke to their “manager” since no one had reached back out and still no deposit he released my deposit and said sorry for my experience.
Overall not impressed with the customer service i received, the lack of communication and how i had to almost a week later ASK them to give me my deposit back. The return inspection and release of deposit should have been done within 24 hours of return. They likely had already even re-rented it out during the week. Especially since i did their job of washing and cleaning the vehicle that they sent out filthy 30 minutes after my pick up time 👍🏻 45 minute wait for a filthy car and to hold my deposit for over a week - i rented this vehicle because my car broke down that morning and i needed something reliable to get my children around, go to work for the rest of the week as a SINGLE PARENT that $200 deposit and over $300 rental payment has held me back from paying MY RENT on time i dont appreciate you guys its a sucky situation but a better experience from this company would have made me less cranky about my situation as a whole

Rented a 15 passenger van to transport dog show judges to and from the judges hotel to the Puyallup Fairgrounds where the dog show was held. The people at the rental agency were very nice. The 15 passenger van has very little areas to store bags or even a step stool to assist in getting in and out. 12 passenger vans are more scarce but have the back seat removed to allow for baggage. Van was great for transport, not so good for baggage. Agency did not allow for alternate drop off to another Enterprise Rental sight at the end of the rental which was an inconvenience as I had to arrange for my own transportation back to the fairgrounds to get my car.

These people are fraudulently charging credit cards they charged me 2 times Jun 24th and 25th one $143.19 and one for $115.87 I'm looking at my credit card statement as I'm talking to them and she is telling me I'm out of luck cuz she didn't see anything on her end and then Hung up on me and that was the manager rented one in May and only had it for a hole day so they charged me 3 times that day and a month later DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE

This is my preferred enterprise location, i usually pick up from airports but this time i chose to drive to my destination. The gentleman who helped me into the car is an intern for management and he was fabulous! I don’t remember his name but he was very through with my rental and walk through making sure to point out anything that I don’t need to worry about. Upon return Trey was in the office and he was so delightful, making chaos look easy, talking to all the customers even the ones that are not his. Trey and I did the drop off walk through and he was also very through. Very kind gentleman and super helpful with everything I needed! Thanks to Trey, the internet, and south Tacoma enterprises I was able to safely enjoy my trip to Montana and enjoyed my grandmas memorial. Thank you!

Overall, the event was ok, however...I reserved an SUV nearly 2 months in advance and of course the day of picking it up, " we don't have that" I ended up with a truck, the Tacoma was fine except the message center was not working on the vehicle soooo. could not see status of mileage, engine status, oil , temp gauge etc. We drove through 5 states hoping for the best. It rained so of course our luggage got wet as it was an open bed. Other than that, all went well
