It’s a younger crew at this office and they are very professional and efficient. This office gets quite busy but they get you in and out like you are their only customer.

Everything went fineThe only complaint is it is nearly impossible to phone in to the office . I would get put on hold for 15 minutes, then the system would tell me to try later and it would hang up.

I will never go to this facility again. I received an on-line reservation confirmation for a compact car and then get told they do not have this size car and that I have to pay more money for the car that is available. So my cost for a week rental went from $228.00 to almost $600.00. Not my problem! Any other rental facility gives the "CUSTOMER" the car they have, at the price on the confirmation.By the way, this is the second time my confirmation price was not honored at this location.

I’m a traveling nurse from Georgia before coming to my assignment in Washington State my vehicle was rear ended. Enterprise was able to pull up my claim and put me in a car equivalent to my vehicle. After my car was fixed I had to turn the rental back in David Dubelman allowed me to keep the rental I was in for my entire contract at a reasonable rate. Made my contract and commute very comfortable thanks for everything. Traveling RN

Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had a rental car that was the same size as mine, they were amazing, I really appreciated the extra care that they gave me, we've always had excellent customer service with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the past, and will continue to utilize them for any needs we have in the future.

Van not ready at 0900. I was charged for an hour because I have to wait until the next day to drop it off and they have no key drop box anymore because dishonest people win again. I and everyone cannot drop it off where I got it of course. I had to drive 22 miles one way to drop it off the next day and because they open at 1000 on sundays I was charged for the 25th hour. This on top of the inflated price I paid on a van with 39,000 miles. Also had to purchase a roadside assistance plan go figure. So unfair but what else can you do if you need it.

they bait and switch. tell you they have a car. then you get there. ohhhh it's gone. give you a reservation time over the phone. I had text proof immediately after getting off the phone with them of the time. get there. ohhh it says here you were supposed to be here an hour ago. we gave your car away. we only have this car that is 3x more expensive. crooks and scumbags.

South Tacoma WayI was able to quickly make a reservation over the phone for a same day pick up. Christian was helpful and pleasant. He offered to upgrade us for free to a larger vehicle however we were concerned with fuel prices so we opted to wait for a smaller vehicle. We were given a Jeep which had to be cleaned. After initial inspection, we discovered that the vehicle was not only run down but also smelled like an ashtray. We passed on that vehicle and waited for a Rav 4 that was turned in while we were waiting for the Jeep to be cleaned. After initial inspection of the Rav 4, it was discovered it needed new windshield wipers so the wait continued. Once that was changed, we went to load up the car as we arrived that very morning from the East Coast. Why did that vehicle appear to be just as run down as the Jeep and smelled like feet. We did not take that vehicle and FINALLY settled into a Camry. At this point you would think the third time would be the charm, but unfortunately the vehicle (which was cleaner in appearance than the others) had an odor too. I have rented a lot of cars in my years and never experienced such a poor selection. We did pay extra to have the vehicle returned to the airport and after spending several hours with the car we decided to return it early.SeatacAfter a poor experience at the S. Tacoma Way location, we returned the Camry to the airport early. We hoped to be able to rent another vehicle from a better selection of clean odor- free cars. Another rep by the name of Christian informed us after we returned the vehicle, that the Seatac location in fact could not accommodate us. He suggested we uber to the Burien location. I asked him if he would be so kind as to call the Federal Way location in order to make sure there would be a car there for us to rent. Katie S. overheard our dilemma and stepped in. She phoned the other location on our behalf and no one answered the phone. She tried another time and went back to the inventory listing at Seatac and was able to find a midsize vehicle as there were no compact vehicles available. She upgraded us and we were paired with another Camry, and this time it was clean and smelled fresh. We had no issues with the vehicle and finally did not have to be concerned about transportation. Big shout out to problem solver Katie S.HNL EnterpriseWe rented from the airport and made a reservation in advance. We had no issues collecting the vehicle – unfortunately, there were Bluetooth connectivity issues but after everything we experienced in WA it quickly became a non-issue.
