Made an appointment for a passport, they canceled the day before. Rescheduled an appointment, they were on lunch break and couldn't do the appointment. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding

Tried to get a passport from Evergreen Post Office twice and both were canceled. First time I was notified via email an hour before appointment that it was canceled. My fault for not seeing cancelation. Second time it was canceled I got no notification. Both times it cost me toll money for bridge to go to appointment. The first cancelation I understand things happen, the second time I got upset. Why offer a service if you can't deliver or have enough trained staff to fulfill your commitment?

Deija was amazing!! She was efficient and kind- there were a lot of people trying to get their passports done and she was patient with all the questions- She deserves a raise!! Thank you Deija!!

Packages take 2-3 extra days for delivery. I have the notification that my items have arrived but they magically cannot find it with the tracking number provided. There's theft in my neighborhood so I have to pay for a PO box for security but then I can't ever get my things on time.
Also, they're always cancelling passport appointments.

Made a passport appointment for my kids 3 weeks ago, show up and no one was there for it. The single clerk said to come back 2 hours later and she thought someone would be there by then but could not guarantee. She was not trained In passports so she couldn’t help. Don’t know why they would let you make an appointment and not have that staff present. Or called to say they needed to reschedule. Very disappointing and frustrating. Not impressed. Came back the two hours later and still no staff. Wait of time. Will go to a different location.

Super busy, but the staff there are rockstars! Especially when I made a huge mistake at what location for my kids passport appointment. I wrote a review for the receipt they had given me...and if you see this one I hope you know it was a great one <3 I put all your names on. It takes a lot of patience to do what you guys do...and hope you know that we appreciate what you guys deal with each day!

Their listed hours are wrong…which wasted my time. Mon-Friday they are open 6:00 - 11:30 AM. Way different from what they have listed.

There is a older guy with salt and pepper hair. He is so kind and has helped me so much! So happy this post office is close to my house. He has helped out a lot! Thank you! I hope to catch his name next time to maybe update. But thank you!

There’s reason Evergreen Station received 4.0 reviewing score, while most of other USPS stores in Tacoma under 3.0. We liked the customer service here. People were friendly and, importantly, efficient. Filling documents could be a pain for new customers, especially the custom forms. Thanks to Tammy (with her beautiful smile) and Sabrina, who provided excellent services with patient and care.

Over all the experiance in the post office was good,except the first window guy with the glasses was really rude and trying to cancel my appointment which was given to me between 1:15pm to 1:45 pm and i was there at1:30. He was saying iam late because i was there after 1:15pm. That guy with glasses really need to know and learn how the time windows works.Then the other lady ask me my last name and she help me with my appointment.
