Megan is the absolute BEST — Tacoma’s Storage Auction Queen!
We recently stopped by the Extra Space Storage on South Tacoma Way for a storage auction, and let me tell you—Megan made the entire experience outstanding from start to finish. She was organized, upbeat, and incredibly professional, all while keeping the mood fun and welcoming.
Storage auctions can sometimes be chaotic or unclear, but not with Megan running the show. She made everything smooth and transparent, answered every question with a smile, and treated everyone with fairness and respect. Her energy and attitude were top-tier — you can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the people walking through that door.
This location is lucky to have her, and so are the customers. Whether you’re coming for a unit, an auction, or just have questions, go see Megan. She’s a total rockstar and turned what could’ve been a stressful event into a great day.
Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Went in this past Saturday and got a storage until. Isabel helped me it was a fairly past process and she was extremely knowledgeable. It was clean on the inside 10/10

I made a appointment, and when i arrived, I spoke with ISABELLE KRISOLOGO ,store manager. She explained to me all the information and directions for my perchase, i got a 10 x 10 , and i like it! Any questions i had and help needed Isabelle is so helpful to me and im greatful. I thank you Isabelle! You are the best!!

Easy online access. Love that the storage are all pretty much exterior units.

The only down fall was the price increase twice with less then 6 months . No other problems then that. Staff members are always friendly and helpful. Storage area was always clean.

Great place i was helped by a young lady Isabelle she was very nice and polite also very pretty she got me a storage really quick which was great I give her 5 stars she was amazing I would definitely recommend extraspace for a storage place!!!!!

We showed up these two lovely, beautiful ladies that were there greeted us and we got right into looking at units walked out and looked at them after we decided what we were going to go with. We went back to the office, started the process and everything was fast and easy, we’re happy to have a unit with them
