I rarely post reviews, but I'm compelled to write this after I had such a good experience at this FedEx store yesterday. My printer at home stopped working, and I desperately needed help with printing, scanning, and sending an important document. Jim was extremely patient and helpful while assisting me with this. When I entered the store, I was feeling frustrated and stressed after spending so much time trying to get my own printer to work. By the time I left the store, I was relaxed, relieved, and happy because Jim had so cheerfully helped me with that document. His positive and helpful demeanor was an example of outstanding customer service. Thank you, Jim!

This place is fine. If you walk in and see Jim working, turn around and go somewhere else. He’s rude and condescending. I get that dealing with customers is taxing, but he started our conversation by talking to me like I’m stupid. The other employee seemed great. I didn’t get his name.

I used to like coming here and getting stuff printed on the regular, but the big bearded guy who’s always at the front desk, it always feels like I’m bothering him and isn’t helpful. All the other employees are great but hos social skills are lacking for somebody that’s working a front counter and I decided after my last trip there, that he makes me not even wanna give them my business anymore.

***THIS POST IS ABOUT AN ONLINE SERVICE, NOT THE STORE***
Do NOT utilize the passport services, other than getting your photo taken. They charge you $200 plus dollars for nothing. You pay upfront, and then, get sent to another website where you click a link that takes you to a third website. That site tells you, you aren't submitting the application online. You are only entering information so you can generate a form. That form then has to be downloaded, signed, and mailed to the processing center with the ACTUAL passport fee (currently, $211.36 in a money order or check). It's a rip off! If you need a passport, ESPECIALLY A RENEWAL, you are better off going into the passport office and picking up the appropriate form, or downloading it from the State Dept., and mailing in the form and payment.

Ethan was alone at 6pm on a Tuesday, and the man was in a flow. The store was very busy (6+ customers steadily) and he was alone and efficiently doing the work of 3. Hope this man is being appreciated for his efforts and work ethic.

I was a mess when I entered FedEx and was struggling with getting medical paperwork printed for my appointment. Shay stepped in and demonstrated the most wonderful customer service. She helped me read what I couldn't see and did not make me feel stupid for struggling. She was informative and pleasantly knowledgeable of her job, which she displayed as she helped me get the documents printed. I will be recommending this location to everyone and more specifically will direct them to the wonderful employee Shay. So they too can see I was not exaggerating about how awesome she is.

I came here to print a document. Self-serve printers were not receiving signal from my iPhone's Apple Pay.
Ethan, store employee, printed out the document from a printer behind front desk. His service was quick, proactive, and friendly.
I usually come here to print out documents and use their stapler, white out, scissors, and tape.

Store manager Shay did not properly itemize my shipment and it is being held at customs. Be sure to know your international shipping requirements before coming here because the manager does not.
