Great service! Staff was very friendly and asked about my project which gave them the insight to recommended backlit paper instead of regular which looks way better on my arcade machine display board. It cost less than they expected and only took one day. ~$16 per which is an amazing price. I will be printing many more of these.

Fantastic service from Rob! I had to print some artwork and he not only went through the step by step process with me but helped when my emails were'nt sending correctly to the store email. He patiently explained my other options. Then he even guided me to using their computer and making sure my project was completed. Both Rob and Shawna showed an excellent level of customer service. Thanks so much!!

The few times I've been here the people working have been very nice and helpful!I've got some anxiety around shipping/returning stuff (idk why) and this location works with "Happy Returns" I guess, which is SUPER easy and nice. It was an especially great experience because the person working when I went there, I think their name was Lea(?) Waited patiently while I was flustered looking on my phone for the code, made some light humor and convo with me, and answered my questions I thought might be annoying. They made it easy and fun even!A different time I was there with my dad trying to print a bunch of papers. English is his second language, though he's pretty proficient, and again: I'm an anxious human bean lol, and one of the employees was kind enough to stand by us and walk us through how to use their printing machines at every step and answered our Q's! Some nice people working there.

I’ve just had the BEST experience at this FedEx location. I’ve never wrote a review on FedEx until today and I’ve been using their services over a year now. I usually load lots of boxes by myself every week, I’ve even load U-Haul by myself and sometimes at some locations workers wouldn’t even held the door open for me. They don’t have to help me, it’s not their job to carry my boxes but today, they went out of the way to help me carry my boxes. Never before someone had helped me or went out of their way like today. Thank you guys! Thank you for making my day! And thank you for your kindness!

Be sure to print out the FedEx shipping labels and email them to this store before you expect them to print the labels for a FedEx returns shipment. Having the tracking numbers or the actual FedEx labels that need to be printed on an iPhone is not allowed. They MUST be emailed to the store. I was told to request new shipping labels from the business, who told me to simply use the labels FedEx sent me. Which we did, finally. Also, be sure to shut off your wi-fi connection IN the store if you are trying to email the labels TO the store, because the store wi-if will block it, somehow.

I was thoroughly disappointed when I drove half an hour after I got off work to one of the few Fed Ex places open till 10 pm... only to find out, it appears to be permanently closed! Egad... what a waste of time & gas.

FEDEX is absolutely a garbage company. Can never deliver by their OWN expected delivery date. I hate that some companies I use products for even allow FedEx as a shipping company. UPS is the only trustworthy shipping company out there. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! And I only selected one star because I HAVE to select a star to leave this review... FedEx deserves ZERO stars. Company is GARBAGE!!!!

Extremely helpful staff and got exactly what I needed. I had ordered online and it was done way sooner than expected. Came in and the orientation was wrong on one set and the paper for my resume seemed a bit thin. Staff redid it while I waited for about a minute at no charge and was happy to do it. Great experience.Also they moved from their old location just across the shopping center. Still there.

I felt really really bad for the two employees working. Absolutley unaccepatble that there are only two employees working trying to help with shipping and printing and all the people that apparently cant use a copy machine. I dont know anybody could work in those conditions.You expect these poor employees to do ten different jobs with two people. You should be ashamed fed ex.
