I was on a long road trip coming from Kentucky headed to Canada when I heard grinding coming from the front engine and I lost cold air. Brought it in and was taken care of immediately. Thank you to Calvin and the team.

Was in the area with the wife for the day when my A/C started blowing warm, didn't make for a happy wife, stopped in and Calvin was able to squeeze is into a busy schedule while we had lunch at the mall, in the end I left with a cold A/C and a happy wife......

I am a parts delivery driver for AutoZone. I deliver parts to this Firestone daily and these guys are the best. Calvin, the manager , and all the techs always great me , help me with heavy parts without me even asking. I know this level of service extends to their customers as well..

The staff was very friendly. Made an appointment ahead of time, and they respected the scheduled time, unlike other places I've been to. They also took care of my car in a timely manner while keeping me informed throughout my visit.

Would not recommend this location at all. Went in today 6/21 to take a look at my AC which wasn’t working. I told them when dropping my vehicle off that when I changed the fuses for the AC it blew out so that would obviously give them an idea that there was a short or wiring issue. They called me told me my AC was working great, I came up to the location which they told me all they did was change the relay and reset my cars computer, they said they left it running and it’s super cold. I checked and kept the car on for not even ten minutes and warm air was blowing. I paid $160 for them to reset a computer ? and do a fuse ? doesn’t sound right I asked to see the fuse and he did not give me it lol. Then told me there must be a wiring or a short causing the compressor to turn off. Which I told them when dropping it of lol. I’d assume when doing a full AC diagnostic for $130 they would’ve seen that. Then they gave me a full refund which was satisfying besides i wasted my day here and the fact Ray / Raymond had an attitude problem, talking loud, and looking at me crazy etc. When receiving the refund he asked me to sign a paper saying I received the refund which i didn’t so i asked do i need to sign this? He said no he’ll sign it, snatched the machine and signed himself. Like respect and professionalism where ???? Definitely not here. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I CALLED AND I LET RAY KNOW WHATTHE PROBLEM WAS AND HE GOT ME RIGHT IN AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS UNTILI WAS TOTALLY SATISFIED. HE ALSO SCHEDULE ME AN APPOINTMENT TO COME BACK WHEN IT WAS NOT AS BUSY TO GET MY FRONT ALINMENT DONE. AND HE LET ME KNOW WHEN TO COME BACK TO GET MY BRAKES PADS AND DRUMS DID ALSO.

Regret going to Firestone just for a fix a flat brand new tires it’s 3-4 hours wait. Crazy but if it was discount tires it would have been done

Severely understaffed. I brought in a tire for a repair, first they told me it take 1.5 to 2 hours to do it. Then they immediately called me as soon as I walked out and they told me it would take them more than an additional 20 to 24 hours to out the patch on and I would have to leave my tire there overnight. The next morning I called and they said it was ready, then told me to hang on one moment and put me on hold, then told me that it was not ready but it would be in 40 minutes. I showed up about one hour later and they told me it was not ready and it would take an additional 15 minutes. I am standing here waiting now but I have absolute zero faith in the time quoted, I’m not sure if I will ever get my tire back. This company needs to hire more workers so they are not so backed up, and they also need to hire people who have a concept of time that is coherent within our universe. Not sure where these guys learned to count minutes/hours/days, but it can’t have been on Planet Earth.
