One stop shop would give it 5 stars but had to wait they are woefully understaffed but did good job and drove me home and back. Still understaffed, but they back up their work, and do a decent job.

These guys are so great, only had alignments done but with over 8 visits, only had 1 bad experience and they were short staffed at the time. They will take care of you as best they can. Man who works the front desk usually on weekends has an amazing attitude and goes above and beyond.

They told me $45 for an inspection but every other firestone said $10 or $11. I don't understand the reason for such a price difference. It can't be because of their ratings, another firestone in Tacoma has 4 starts and told me it would be $11 before tax. I think they are scamming people. Or someone is taking from the top. Either way, not happy.

I went to this place just to help me replace the headlights on my car, and they told me that they had to do a general inspection on the car, they removed the tires and everything, when the only thing I asked for was to replace the lights, they They said it was necessary to know the details of the car... and in addition to that they made me wait almost 3 hours and yes... just because I wanted to replace the headlights of my car... I really recommend that if you can go somewhere else They do not inspire confidence and they attend to your car from time to time, when they want and feel like it.

Came here for an oil change and to get my breaks done. Fantastic customer service by Brett and James!! I had to be out of here within a couple of hours, and I knew it was a big ask to request that they be done by a certain time with all the work they had to do. They were able to accomplish this, and even helped me activate my Firestone card while I was having issues with it. I can’t express enough how grateful I am. I will definitely be coming back, because not only is the customer service great but I can trust their opinion and their work. Very thankful and pleased!
