It was bad enough that I ordered a bacon cheese burger with grilled onions, mayo and bbq and they rang it up as a cheese burger with grilled onions and mushrooms. But when I open up my food to find a cheese burger with ONLY grilled onions, to say I was disappointed is a drastic understatement. Never going back here again.

We had a burger and fries at this location, ran us almost $50 which is ABSURD considering the ketchup pumps weren't working, it was super cold in there, and the service was just okay. The guys honestly didn't look the most hygienic. The only good thing about the food was the fries. But the burger... A $14 burger.. I was appalled. The patty was overcooked and the bacon looked so stale and ugly. I was told by someone else that it could possibly be because they might cook it in the beginning of the day and so it's not fresh. If that's true, I'm so disappointed because, again, that's a $14 burger! Presentation was so bad, too. So I let them know directly and the best they could do is tell me that they'll do better next time as though I'd go and spend another $50 on the chance that they'll do a better job next time... Come on now.

Terrible customer service by Dylan. Seemed like we were a bother to him by asking for a milkshake or by just simply being in the store. The woman behind the counter seemed out over when a customer asked for a Togo bag. The food was basic and soggy. Fries were over done as well. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant seemed very tense due the hostility of the employees. Will not be doing business with this location

Today 1/4 at around 1145 12ish my Boyfriend and I came in for lunch the 2 cookes were really nice and pleasant but the guy working the register I think his name was Dylan was very rude I told him I wasn't ready and he huff and puff and rolled his eyes as if I inconvenienced him and was wasting his time then our food wasn't made how we ordered it the cooks were fine with remaking it and he snaps at my boyfriend and says " we can give you the cheese and the bacon and the jalapeños right now there is no need to bring it up to us and show us" this guys attitude is ridiculous and it made my visit here horrible I won't be back

Milkshakes watery, fries were limp, my grilled cheese was burnt all for an enormous wait time on a small order and a very expensive price $50+. For one burger, grill cheeseburger, 2 fries and 2 shakes The cashier was rude and short tempered.

Skip this place. Super expensive, trash full and tipping over, floor dirty wobbly tables, dirty bathrooms, messed up our order and added an extra burger. Employees not real happy to be there. Honestly, how is this place still in business?

We placed our order with everything that we wanted on our burgers. It is also printed on the receipt. We got our food & our burgers didn't have anything on them that we ordered. We didn't bring it to their attention because we didn't have time for them to make it all over again & we know that mistakes happen. Then another person ordered & within 5 minutes, he brought his burger back up because it was made incorrectly. Ugh. I guess that we should have said something. The people that work there were very nice & the store was clean.
