Horrible. I was there when they had a sale and I got an item(shoes) that was marked down, the lady in the cashier told me I could get one more item(that was marked down red) for free stated on their sale. I was already annoyed because their sale are was a mess which made it hard to find things, they definitely don’t care about it. Once I got my item(bag) I was surprised that it was marked as full prince when the tag said “15” in red. I asked about it and she said they marked it wrong. Hello? So u were just gonna charge me without telling me that. I was angry at this point because they told be to look again for the second time. It was MARKED DOWN, it’s not my fault that yall messed up. I could have fought for it but I decided not to. Every time I come to this place it’s always a bad experience.

The only reason I give it 2 stars is because there was a very nice girl up at the counter today who helped me out a lot she was very sweet but then there was this other girl putting stuff away who looked like she had a big attitude problem and kept giving me, my sister and my husband dirty looks while we were shopping. If you don't like what you do go somewhere else that's how you drive people away... just disgusting...

Cheap clothes = terrible customer service. The girl with the dark curly hair working at the register, needs to work on her attitude. Don’t work customer service if you can’t bother to be friendly.

Horrible customer service.. got an email my order was ready with a barcode.. cashier tells me their service must be down because they can't find my order in the system.. they took the payment off my debit card.. then he said I need to take it up with corporate.. such an inconvenience.. I'm canceling my order and will no longer shop there

This review is not about this particular store, but my online purchase experience. Pls be aware that Forever 21 will NOT take any responsibility if your order is lost. You r out for whatever amount u pay for the order. Their customer service will either end the call or chats abruptly if they can’t or don’t want to answer your questions. I contacted them within half an hour after I got notification my order was delivered, even though it never showed up at my door while I was at home waiting for the entire day. They then asked me to contact them again in 14 days while they contact their delivery vendor, OnTrac. to see if they could find the order. I contacted them 14 days later to be told that the order was delivered as what was indicated on my initial notification. They then said that they could put in. dispute claim but asked me to contact them again in 10 days. 10 days later, I was told that the dispute claim was rejected. Then they told me that I could contact and dispute with OnTrac myself. When I asked them if OnTrac provided any evidence such as a photo showing the package was left at my front door, The chat was ended abruptly (not the 1st time). It is extremely unreasonable to ask me to chase after their vendor. I did not contract out the delivery to OnTrac, Forever 21 does. My purchase was not with OnTrac, but Forever 21. Forever 21 failed to deliver the products I purchased from them.

I drove 30 minutes to come do a return with my children with my original receipt from my purchase that I used my credit card to pay for. The receipt shows my payment and the date of purchase which was 4 days ago. The cashier and apparent manager who said her name was Amaya refused to help me and do the return, I asked for the general managers phone number so I could speak with someone higher up and she said she couldn’t give me any information for a manager. After speaking with headquarters and them telling me the manager can send me to the general managers voicemail, I called back and the store manager hung up the phone on me. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this store to be brushed off. I will never be shopping here again.

Fittings rooms closed one hour before the actual store closes per fitting room attendant. Had one item, and the only reason I couldn't try on the coat I was considering outside of the fitting room is that I had no t-shirt under my hoodie. For a company who has closed numerous stores nation wide due to bankruptcy, you'd think that they would appreciate all business.
