Occasionally my doctor will send one of my prescriptions here due to insurance, but for some reason this pharmacy is the only one that takes an ENTIRE WEEK to transfer an Rx order over. I kid you not tri-care pharmacies are more timely!On top of that just got off the third phone call this week with them. They say they requested the order from my provider but she just won’t get back to them- BECAUSE FOR THE THIRD TIME JUST THIS MORNTH FOR THIS ONE MEDICATION IM TELLING YOU TO TRANSFER IT FROM THE OTHER PHARMACY. Will they appologize for their mistake? No, Emily on the phone just continued arguing that is my/my provider/the other pharmacy’s fault. Asked to speak with her supervisor or anyone above her but she says they will not be in until TUESDAY (it’s Friday at 8am). No customer service number, explained usually people that have any care for customer service might say “I’m sorry this has happened, let me help you with this issue” she just said “yeah”. So unprofessional and incompetent I’m ready to go to the emergency department for the current issue they have put me in (another month in a row) and pay out of pocket for now on as it WILL take ONE WEEK after your last dose every month if you fill a MAINTENANCE MEDICATION.

I don't know why pharmacist employees take out their issues on customer/patients. Can't ask a question because they are rude. Merilyn needs to be taught customer service manners. I was friendly and she was rude, snippy and dismissive the entire time.

While the staff is generally pleasant, be careful when you make your pharmacy purchases!! Even if a purchase is made on the ignorance of their staff, YOU will be stuck with the cost! They will basically shrug their shoulders… essentially “Oh well! Not their problem once it leaves their hands!”

I called thinking I had a complicated question and Christina took care of me with ease and no hesitation. It was easy to set up a new patient profile and have her request my prescriptions from Walgreens. So happy to be an employee and patient at Franciscan! This was the nicest pharmacy I’ve ever called!
