The salesperson ordered the incorrect ring, which is understandable. However they did absolutely nothing to fix their mistake. I wasn’t offered the 50% off special if the return happened to fall after 5/1 nor was I able to be refunded until the day after I receive the incorrect ring. They didn’t even send the correct ring off to be resized whilst I wait. I wanted to go shop for the ring that I originally wanted at a different store, but they have me in a bind with the half off special. The customer service was terrible and I won’t be back.

I've had really good experiences here. I've purchased from other jewlers and online, but the items I purchased at this jeweler have been the highest quality and beauty. The staff treats me with kindness and attentiveness whether I make a purchase or not. Other jewelers won't give me care and service if they don't believe they'll get a sale. So I keep returning here. Just bought a certified diamond and I love it.

Went here while searching for an engagement ring and had a much better experience than any other jewelry store I visited, Della was very helpful and found just what I was looking for without pushing me to spend more. Highly recommend shopping here.

Go to any other jeweler, even another Fred Meyer jewelers. The staff here will not own the mistakes they make and finds ridiculous excuses to shift blame onto the customer. I used to work for Fred Meyer Jewelers and I was shocked by the experience I had here.

If I could give a zero I would. I had my mother-in-law's ring's prongs repaired there at the direction of the jeweler at Fred Meyer in Tacoma on 19th Avenue. When I left the ring it was a size 71/2 and when I got it back it was a size 6. The manager, Tracy, and the sales associate, Trinity, basically are accusing me of lying because they said their jeweler did not sized it to a size 6. Well someone did!! The ring was originally a size 5 and it was sized to size 71/2 by Jared in Tacoma located near Costco. Go to Jared!!! They might be more expensive but I have never been treated like this at Jared. Carolyn, the manager, is so professional and they always do a beautiful job unlike Fred Meyer Jewelers!!

This used to be my, go to store, but lately so much product missing from shelves and when asking, “where can I find such and such?” the answer is most every time, “ gee, I don’t know”. Never have I heard, “I’m not sure but let me find out for you”. Sad state of affairs for what used to be a great store.

So, I ordered groceries for the first time yesterday through Instacart! I'm still waiting. They posted that they delivered them to me at 1:02pm yesterday. I haven't gotten anything from them. Not even a response. I was on hold for 2 hours then hung up on!!! I've been on hold for almost 55minutes this morning! I've sent numerous messages and nothing!!!!! I am FURIOUS!!!!

this is by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a store. I honestly can't believe its still in bussiness. I brought my wedding set to be sized and set together which cost me almost 200$. I picked it up to find it didn't fit still. So I'm then told I'm going to be charged 180$ to foc their mistake. I am in awe at this point I say fine get a call 2 days later thay its ready I wait another 10days to come pick up and when i do so I'm told its not ready. Speechless. I am still stuck paying 100$ without a single apology or gaws forbid a manager come speak to me. We are talking not one not two but three mistakes in my wedding ring and at the end rhis store nafe alnost 400$ off me. Never ever will I nor will my family be back

I have been to this place a few times to either get my watch worked on or just to buy a few things. They have a pretty good selection for the size of the store and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Is you walk in they have a island in the middle with more jewelry and the register for when you're ready to check out. They try to help you figure out what it is you are looking for and try to give you the best deals when they can. Overall I had pretty good experiences whenever I have come to this location.

This store expects customers to check their own groceries. They used to have almost 13 checkout stands open. Now they have just 4 out of 10. I never used to have to wait mote than 5 minutes in line. They also have no more express lanes. The self service lines are long too.
