The old lady that works here is very rude. She has trouble listening. She constantly talks over you, and doesn't let you finish what you're saying, so then she has to ask you the same question multiple times.

I've used Fred Meyer Pharmacy for over 30 years. The Pharmacists and Staff, are like old friends. They go above and beyond whenever I need their assistance with new prescriptions or monthly refills. My family and I also receive all of our Scheduled Vaccines here. The Fred Meyer Pharmacy App, makes it so easy. I receive notifications whenever one of us is due for a Vaccine or Booster, and when prescriptions are ready for pick-up. I can also order medication refills, and check their status. This really helps with planning trips for groceries too. I can get both done it one trip. Very convenient. I highly recommend your local Fred Meyer Pharmacy.

What a joke! I don’t know how this pharmacy can be opened and make business. They got no idea what they are doing. I stop by for my 2nd shot of chicken pox which my first one at 72nd Fred meyer but they was closed. The receptionist lady kept arguing with me that chicken pox only need one dose. I told her it has been 2 dose for years and I already had my first one done, I came for the second after 28 days. She asked the pharmacist and they also have no ideas. Took them 10 mins to look up on their phone and computer. After 10 mins, they told me okay for 2nd dose, waiting for another 5 mins , a male pharmacist came to me and ask me “ you don’t look like you born here ?” I replied “ no, I was born in Vn but its matter ? He said , you are over 35 year old , I wonder why you need chicken pox vaccine. I have told them because I have not been exposed, my last vaccine was 10 year ago, and my current tier test was negative and I am health care worker. Its requirement. He said okay then walked away. The receptionist came back and ask me to pay because my insurance was not cover, look liked she pick the wrong insurance. Then she told me I have to wait for 30 mins because their vaccine was frozen but I have no problem with my last time at 72nd, my wait was less then 5 mins. I have to leave because I am scared, I’m not sure what will insert to me because look like pharmacist and staff at this place do not know what they are doing

The building is nice, it has a very open feeling. I used to use the pharmacy on pacific. Today was the first time I've had to call the one on Steven's for my medication...I was hung up on 3 times and when my call was finally answered the lady who answered had questionable customer service skills. She was very short with me and a bit condescending. First impression of the pharmacy wasnt the best but ill assume that maybe they were busy as heck? Either way the rest of the store is great! Im grateful that they were able to fill my prescriptions.

I transferred my prescriptions here after my regular drugstore service became unbearable. It's been a few months now and I am very impressed with the service and professionalism of the pharmacy staff. Highly recommend.

I moved from Colorado to Tacoma a few months ago. I have transferred my meds to this location out of convenience. After my interactions with Amanda and Pharmacist Tara, I am very impressed with their customer service! They looked for the best deals! They helped to explain what was going on! For their Quality of Service, I give a rating them a 5☆ for their quality!
I can't thank you enough!

I love the fact that the pharmacy staff know me and my family well enough to greet us by name whenever we come to pick up. I'm unsure why the older reviews are so negative but I've been coming here for many years now and the only issues I've had are when there is a new staff person untrained on how to process the insurance coverage when there are two insurances but it always gets resolved quickly. Christina and Gayle are the best at helping and problem solving.

The pharmacy was rewriting my prescriptions to not fill them fully because they didn't want to deal with an insurance override. Pretty sure this is illegal.

They are very helpful and notify me when medications need to be picked up,

Amanda one of the pharmacists at this location is very rude and did not listen to me so i ran out of insulin, dont spend time here if your life depends on it they dont care i may find a lawyer as from what i read its negligence to not fill a prescription that has been perscribed, you have been warned, better catch up before you find out

Extremely unprofessional staff!!! I'm going to start sending my medication to another location. I have to fight tooth and nail just to get the medication I was explicitly prescribed :) I have even considered talking to a lawyer in the past. Thought I was going crazy until I saw the other reviews. Do NOT get your meds here. The staff doesn't care about your wellbeing and I think they get off on keeping you from getting you what you need.

I was very curious because I had a bad experience here I don't really want to go over and was shocked because it has 5 star reviews I found out these 5 star reviews are all fake so I am giving a one star review to attempt to offset their fake ones they need better training and people skills and a direct supervisor available to answer questions and make decisions because the people working hear are not smarter than a 5th grader

If there was less then one star I would give to this pharmacy super unprofessional staff and whenever you want to talk to their boss they are out I guess the person they car may has been on vacation for almost a year according to their staff.
