Ever since their pharmacy manager Ay went on maternity leave, her incompetent assistant pharmacist is having trouble and struggling mightily. She also doesn't care about the customers as she is always playing with her phone in the back, while there are people waiting in line! She is always very rude and short, as it is very clear that she hates the customers and treats them very poorly! She also gave my wife the wrong medication, as she is inexperienced and lacks basic pharmacy knowledge. AVOID AT ALL COST! Pretty much anyone I know is transferring out their medications from this store!

What the heck happened to you guys? Usually a decent to outstanding customers service. But something’s happened or changed at that pharmacy. They are no longer dependable or friendly anymore. The scripts are no longer ready when they say they would be. Furthermore, the pharmacists are no longer as friendly. The last experience was so bad that I am now considering to switch pharmacies.

Most of the staff is there to complete there hrs and watch when it is 7 pm so there computer can be shut off

Terrible service especially for patients who show up close to closing time. Sean in particular is not customer service oriented. Go to another pharmacy.

I am pregnant and needed antibiotics filled on the Friday 20th of May , supposed to be sane day pick up my doctor told me to pick it up right after my doctors appointment due to acute symptoms.I go and the pharmacy front desk person told me they couldn’t fill it because they needed information/permission from my doctor. So I go the next day Saturday the 21st and I received the same answer from the same front desk person.I then call my doctors office Monday morning and they called the doctors office and they have no clue what the pharmacy is waiting on and once again I go back to the pharmacy to obtain prescription and was told the SAME THING, my meds are not ready due to waiting on “something from my doctor, “At this point my UTI symptom have been getting worse since the 18th of May when I spoke to my doctor and then I called my doctors office again Today Wednesday, and this time they called the pharmacy because my prescription should have been filled by the 20th. The pharmacy told my doctors office it was not filled because they were short staffed. Mind you there were 3+ people behind the counter each time I came, then they tried to tell the doctors office it would be ready next day! My doctors office told them I needed it within 30minutes and I came one last time and finally was able to get my antibiotics.There was NO need to lie, these pains were getting worse each day I had to wait and waste time trying to get my meds . And “sorry” is not sufficient enough, for knowingly holding back medication from patients.

Our go to place for quick runs! Staff members are friendly, great selection, good store hours, and it's clean.

Every time I go to this store they never have anything I am there for. Simple items, they are always out of stock or don't carry anything regular Fred Meyer grocery Carries. So disappointed every time I try it.

Hit or miss on customer service. There closed for a hour until 2:30 for lunch by the way. Just post a sign. Nope I just stood in line to wait to find that out.

The cake I ordered Vs the cake I received. No phone call or email update just shut up and take the substitute (horrible) we chose. I had to take it since it was go time for my party. Thanks a lot jerks, wasn't your kids birthday so what do you care if the cake looks like junk.
