I always get assholes they are always rude for no reason. I have went in multiple times to get my prescription or my daughters and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is some issue. yesterday we went in to get her medication around noon they said it won't be ready and we're getting ready to go on break until 2pm that day at 1, mind you.. it just hit noon but okay.. then so we came back the next day (today) at 10 am and the same exact lady said it won't be ready until 2 pm we said "you said that yesterday" she said well it's not ready til 2 pm and was disrespectful. I just got a notification that they don't have her medication and are putting in an order for it, mind you this was put in days ago for her to get. I'm done with this fred Meyer and their terrible service, and they always want to accuse people of stealing for no reason. TERRIBLE SERVICE -10/10 do not recommend going here.

I always find what u am looking for at Fred Meyers. The store has such a wide variety of just about anything I need. The staff is always courteous and very helpful. I will always shop Freddie's over any other department stores.

If I could put 0 stars I would. This store has the worst customer service ever known to man!

This new policy of checking the receipt on the way out is pretty dumb. Here’s why. They aren’t actually checking the receipts. How do I know this? I’ve been handing them old Safeway receipts. I’ll also throw in some old Fred Meyer receipts. I just crumble them up and hand them to the “security guard.”I’ve asked three store employees, “what are they doing when they take your receipt?”Two of them laughed and said, “nothing.” And the other said, “I don’t know.”Hey Fred Meyer, here’s my receipt! Good thing that doesn’t tell you what’s in anybody’s pockets! See? It’s a useless thing you’re doing. But good thing you have men dressed in black and carrying guns make you feel like a criminal for buying groceries. Good thing it slows everyone down trying to go home. Good thing the people you have at the door are rude about it when you ask them what they are doing.

I had an issue finishing a place to make my key. Desiree stepped up and cut my key quickly and efficiently all while being friendly and kind. Really loved the service with a smile!

If you want to use the ECOATM you can’t, why cos cracked heads turn in the phones. Than stand their and do attach tickets. Please get another thing, or fix this problems.

It is our family favorite store as it ever been. Good experience, bad experience, awesome experience, you named it. There are couple of times where staff members may need to cut down their conversation and keep their personal information to themselves. Busy, long line, people are waiting and most likely don't have time to listen. Some people, just go in, grab it, pay and get out. Seriously, there were times, I really wanted to walk away.

5:38pm, popped in to get daffodil bulbs. There are 3 registers and self checkout open.If I had wanted to do self checkout I would stay home in my pjs and order thru Amazon. Which is what I'll do for the tulips.

Come here about once a month to pay rent and while the staff are always kind and courteous (which is why this isn't 1 star), the availability of the customer service center has been a real issue for quite a while now. Never consistent hours. Yesterday they closed before 5:30, which is 4 hours early if their website was correct. I understand not having the people to cover, but some transparency or even a schedule change would go a long way. Personally, if I knew they were closed BEFORE making the trip, I would just go to University Place without stopping at Pac Ave first.

Elizabeth and Terri the cashiers here are absolutely amazing. Those ladies are cool cool people and honestly the only ones here I even know by name. Hope their lives are filled with lots of love and blessings ? ❤️?

The produce is always nice, have seen rats running around and during the summer months fruit flies are common in the bakery section. Some cashiers are lovely, others leave A LOT to be desired

Fred Meyers is my go-to shopping place. The people that work there are wonderful and helpful. They've been changing the store around a little bit, but it's still pretty easy to find things. And if you can't, ask the next person you see, and they'll be able to tell you. It is a happy store, with happy employees, they are happy, therefore, we are happy ??

I stopped here for one thing after work and was quickly reminded why I quit shopping here a few years ago. The store is dirty. Self check out stations are disgustingly dirty. It looks like no one wipes them down. Ever. Half of the self check stations were closed so customers lines backed up down the aisles and wait times were long. Maybe I’ll forget how much this store sucks and stop by again next year.

If I could give a 0 i would. This is by far hands down the worst Fred Meyer I have ever been to and I am a Fred Meyer fanatic that is the only store typically that I go to my home Fred Meyer the one in downtown Puyallup is 5 stars Compared to this store I was told this evening that I could not exchange a pair of boots because it wasn't on my card when in fact I just got home and got on my computer looked at my card and the transaction is right there the lady didn't even look do not go to this Fred Meyer. She seemed irritated and aggravated and just downright annoyed that I was even there that I even existed the only reason I've even been there is because my husband bought my birthday present bless his heart at that Fred Meyer because he was right by there an unfortunately my watch doesn't work so I Have no way of returning or exchanging that either with receipt because of my work schedule because you can't return or exchange things at the customer service counter it has to be at the jewelers which closes before Fred Meyer does I don't understand any of this I'm only giving you my personal experience take what you want, Leave the rest... Have a wonderful day
