Nice storefront with phenomenal service, from an enthusiastic salesperson who has given awesome painting advice, and will do his best to help you get what you are looking for! It seems they are the only staff member though, which leads to store hours not being fully observed. There's a Facebook page that's kept updated on most schedule updates.Definitely try to visit but maybe call ahead if you intend to drop by around closing.

I travel a lot for business and had sometime yesterday, Friday, 9 Sep 2024 to stop by and use the Warhammer gift card my wife gave me for Valentines Day. When I got to the store @ 1:45 pm it was closed with no sign on the door. This has happened at same store before and I get very frustrated. I believe this is because only one person works the store all of the hours store is open. I called today to make sure store was open and after manager called me back he stated he put a note on Facebook the store would be closed yesterday. I would suggest leaving a link to FB page on the door at all times so potential customers know the correct FB with information. I have searched FB and still can’t find the message about store being closed yesterday, 9 Feb 2024. My second suggestion is to develop a store “Gretchen” program to train a couple of loyal customers to fill in when manager is not able to open store. You could either pay them or offer them a generous discount for their service.As a stock holder in other companies, I would be livid knowing that a store producing income and revenue for company and investors is closed. I wonder how many working days this store is closed each year.

Was on town during Black Friday, figured I'd take the opportunity to swing in and see if they had any deals. Boy was that naive. There was a small line to get in before they opened, and one of the other customers asked about Black Friday deals. The cashiers response? "We have these exciting new box sets, which are cheaper than buying individual models!" Greedy bastards

I always enjoy popping by to see what the store has and have a chat with Steve.He’s always super friendly and helpful when I come in and it makes it an enjoyable experience.

Being new to the Warhammer 40k hobby is a bit intimidating, Steve was wonderful and helped me get some good paints for my death guard army. He also gave me some good pointers like getting the Deimos rhino since in the lore they use a lot of older stuff. 10/10 experience I will be shopping here again

Honestly I wouldn't be into the warhammer hobby if not for the amazing staff here, I never feel rushed or like I'm annoying them for asking questions. Steve got me set up with my first box of Skitarii and paints absolutely wonderful place

Been coming here about once a week or so since moving out here and have had a great time each visit. Steve is a fantastic manager and is a great source of hobby and lore knowledge. Funny guy as well.If you're interested in Warhammer, but have been a little hesitant to visit a store have no worries with this shop. Steve does a great job teaching newcomers about the different games on offer, as well as hosting lessons on the building and painting of the various models for purchase at the store.All in all, great store with tons of friendly guys and gals playing games and enjoying the Warhammer hobby. Can't really go wrong here.

This store has a very friendly atmosphere, beyond that the manager is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the hobby. I highly recommend this store!

Awesome store, very welcoming and the person that helped me was welcoming and extremely helpful. For anyone interested in the miniatures community, this place is fantastic. For what it’s worth, the reviewer below is being laughably dramatic - the paints mentioned are known to be extremely similar hues, with one being darker than the other.

Been coming here 2 years now and always a great time, Steve is one of the most knowledgeable people about not only warhammer but painting as well and he picked out the right primers, bases, layers, contrast and shades I needed to really make Angron pop. Followed and trusted the process he told me to do and it came out better than any of my other models thus far.

The Manager is very helpful and seems to enjoy his work! The location also has tutorials on how to build and paint your models and the playing fields are beautiful!
