apparently they charge you 5 dollars if you don’t have your address up-to-date. They drained my savings and closed it without my acknowledgment. They denied my request to refund the money back and says there’s nothing they can do? Worst experience with a bank! never recommending this place to anyone.

I stopped by real quick to tell them I was gonna be late with my truck payment and my wife is gonna kill me and the teller Arielle Suarez went above and beyond to help me explaining that I has 14 days grace with no mark on credit and she even went ahead and explained to me how to make the payment she made an overall bad experience turn into a learning experience which was not what I expected we need more people in customer service like this young lady thank you Arielle

This review is not a reflection on this particular location but the bank as a whole.#1 the extremely long hold times make it impossible to ask questions about anything.#2 When you actually do get through to a human they are rude and have not acknowledged any of my concerns.#3 god forbid you have an auto loan with them. I have sent in my insurance information multiple times and they sent me a letter saying they needed to add insurance to my loan doubling my payment. when i called to correct this they said I sent them the wrong information. How could I have sent the wrong information when I asked Gesa customer service exactly what to send.#4 Gesa credit union mind as well be the epicenter of failure in the financial institution. I have bought countless cars and had loans for each of them through different banks. This has been the worst bank that I've ever had to deal with. Not only do they not take responsibility for THIER mistakes but they definitely take their sweet time correcting it if they even manage to.5# The on the phone customer service is sub par as well. Its like they hire the same people they hire at Wendy's. I see absolutely no difference. It doesn't do them any favors in situations like mine. Maybe I wouldn't be so mad if I had someone who was nice to talk to. instead all I get is people who try to send the blame to me when the issue is much deeper than me. you'll have a much better experience on a spirit airlines flight than you will at this bank. twin star credit union is much more friendly and I will be taking my money there ASAP.
