There was an energy drink sale for a brand I like. Called the place to see if they still had any in stock. Nobody answered. So I drove down to the store. And of course the place was cleared out. No extra stock at all for the sale. The kids they got running the place are nice. It's just the business model is trash and this isn't the first time Ive had a bad experience. GNC is a dying brand

Will not be back. 3 negative experiences in a row. First time I waited patiently for quite awhile to get something out of a locked case. The store clerk was just standing behind the counter talking with another clerk. Second time I couldn’t even get help and there was no one else in the store. This last time it was all locked up during hours it’s supposedly open. Waited over 30 minutes and gave up. Talking with other businesses by them it sounds like a very regular thing for the store to be closed randomly during business hours. Not sure how they’re making any money.

Franchisee or The owner should take a look at who they hire. Yesterday 1 girl was sitting on the counter and the other girl was siting on the stole doing a video chat or tiktok .The store was a total mess and there where no sales effort on pride in the work . Didn't come behind the counter or anything.

I’ve been trying to get my supplements but no one is ever there ive tried calling, in store pick up, even coming back a hour later yet store claimed to be open but no employees were there and no one ever picks up the phone
