Let me just sum this up for you all, please and I REPEAT do not see Dr. Khuyen, Tran. I’ve been seeing her for over a year or maybe 2 years and she has been the worst Dr. I’ve seen, if you think she cares about your health? She doesn’t, all the cares about is seeing you so she can get money. She has overlooked so much things that happened with me, and if it wasn’t for me mentioning what my previous provider has said she wouldn’t even test for for those things. I literally had to tell her what my previous provider told me in order for her to test for it, or she would’ve kept giving me antacids. She overlooks a lot of symptoms I have and tells me, well why don’t we check for that next time? And never follows up. But when I need a note stating I can only work 4 hours she says “oh we need to make an appointment” I went to Urgent Care the same day and they wrote me the note that my own PCP couldn’t even do. She lacks empathy but she smiles like she cares but tbh she doesn’t care for her patients. They would literally forget to fill a RX and wait until the weekend (the the office is closed so the provider on call has to call in the RX) because she isn’t in. Than states “oh you were supposed to let us know” when I just had an appt. With her and she said she would fill it. I spared her feelings long enough that I went off on her staff and told her I’m no longer seeing her because she’s incompetent, which she really is. She will overlook your symptoms. When I say she’s the worst I MEAN IT! She lacks knowledge and empathy.

Long wait times at every doctors office. Furious at the endocrinology office at St. Joseph in Tacoma. Address info is WRONG in MyChart making me 10 minutes late for appt. Provider refused to see me. Referrals are behind by 6 weeks. Trying to get a referral to another doctor takes forever. I could be dead by then. So unhappy with this group. Switching all doctors to another organization.

Unreal. l called in to start a new patient appointment, they chose a nurse practitioner for me. I wasn't sure about that but I was able to get in right away. When I got there, the medical assistant was very rude to me and said I shouldn't have been able to make the appointment I did, like it was my fault. She took my vitals and was just in a bad mood the whole time with me. When I saw the nurse, she couldn't help me. They just scheduled me for specialists Instead, so it's a waste of money and my time.
I call in today for a different issue, but I wanted to switch to a Doctor. The receptionist said I wouldn't be able to see them for six months! That is just ridiculous and they should be embarrassed for even saying that, I thought she was joking at first. That just makes no sense what so ever especially if you really need to be seen.
I saw another review about how Fransiscan is just going down hill and they are right, never had this issue till now.

I’ve been loyal to the CHI Franciscan medical system for years. While I’ve experienced good care and bedside manner from most providers, they are critically understaffed and unable to deliver basic medical services in a timely manner. When my primary care doctor left the practice, I had to schedule an appointment 4 months out to establish care with someone else in the practice. I’ve had a chest cough for 5 weeks and was finally sent for a chest x-ray last week only to find out it’s been taking two weeks to get back X-ray results because of radiology staffing issues. So I guess I’ll find out in two weeks whether I have pneumonia or something even worse.
I’m so disappointed with how this practice has gone downhill over the years. I’ll be switching to another healthcare system.

Wretched billing system. Mediocre to poor service. Would only recommend if every other medical facility in the county was actively on fire.

Very messy billing system!!!Recently visited their ER, received one blood test and an ultrasound imaging services, paid all my bills, but they don’t respect personal privacy and data, after I paid my bills, I kept receiving more bills from unknown medical companies which I’ve never used, if they used 3rd party’s service, they should either claim it in my bill or they should complete the transactions with 3rd parties by themselves, instead of sharing my personal information to other companies, and keep sending bills to me that I’ve never received any services directly from those companies!I called their billing team, I’m afraid they know nothing about these 3rd party’s bills, they can only tell me that my balance with them is zero, nothing else. Felt like I’ve been ripped off by them!please don’t use their service! One visit will cause you bills from all sorts of companies in the their chain! They won’t even tell you that there are hidden bills from some unknown companies will come to you after you paid them! Plus you won’t be able to find a person to check the details of these bills from the companies outside of this hospital! If you don’t pay those unknown bills from unknown companies they will just pass your information to collection companies to destroy your life and credits.a robbery organisation.

it is a wonderful clinic with people who care working there. Things have changed over the years. As far as check-in goes the MyChart app is a highly recommended app to have on your phone. You get a lot of information you can make appointments. You can see test results and stay up-to-date on, what's going on at Franciscan medical clinic at Saint Joe's?

The building itself is amazing in the fact that you have EVERY type of doctor you need in that one building. From obgyn, primary care,labs,orthopedic, neurology ect. The bad part is there are not enough doctors so it's sometimes months before you can see anyone

Wish I could give no stars. Dr. McNicoll is unprofessional and rude. They changed my sons appointment from 2:40pm to 2:15pm without informing us. We drove 30 miles to get there at 2:20 to be early to fill paper work and the cowardly doctor sent his hag of a secretary to tell us that not only would he not be seeing us but that we need to find another provider. Yeah you could have just called me and told me your doctors office is trash instead of wasting time and gas. I'll be informing everyone I know as well starting with google.

Worst place to get care, they never answer the phones when you call to schedule or check on care!!!! People on the phone are rude and disrespectful especially to Veteran’s!!! Community Care from VA said they we’re really rude when asked how can they get care for me. Just terrible! Waited 1 hour and 25 minutes before I hung up!!!

Been calling pediatrics for weeks trying to talk to someone but im left on the line for so long! Doesn’t matter if I call early in the morning, noon or later times. No one ever answers the phone!
