They close way to early. Surprising that they stay in business when they close before people get off work. Also, risk of heat stroke is real when walking to the door thanks to their parking lot not having trees or any shade. Seriously, +10° hotter than anywhere else in the city. People who work till 5pm would have time to shop if they closed at 7pm AND the bins were separated by category (jeans in a bin, jackets in a bin, electronics, kids stuff, household stuff, etc etc etc)

Hard to find the donation bins, hard to get in, small lot, and just kind of scary. Workers were nice otherwise I'd give it a 1.

Dominic the manager kicked me out for being anxious after their system took my money and didn't work to split the bill like the worker was trying to do. I simply told him I didn't need to know how the system worked, that I have an anxiety disorder and was getting anxious, and asked him to please continue with the process so we could purchase our things and leave. He told me he wasn't dealing with my attitude, even though his worker was apologizing to us for him and trying to take back over saying that we were fine and she'd finish up. Instead of letting her finish with us, he took all 3 of our confused protests about my supposed "attitude" and kicked me out of the store and banned me. This is a nonprofit organization, that just banned me, for an extremely polite anxiety attack, that they created with a broken monetary system. Absolutely unacceptable- it is hard enough for me to endure public, I don't need managers of the establishments I visit to discriminate and treat me like vermin for not feeling comfortable with my money going through a broken payment system.
He then told my friend that if I wanted my things, she would have to pay for them ($76). She completed the purchase, and asked for corporate's information to report him. He argued and tried calling "corporate" to intimidate her. She reiterated that she wanted the number, not to talk to his manager, and that she would certainly remember his name, since it is the same as her 6 year old autistic son, and informed him that her son happens to behave in public better than he does.

i’ve been going here for about a year now and the employees are just rude and disrespectful people they are very bias and talk badly about the customers/ regulars there like gossip and i have noticed it they also will give other customers clothing items from the back witch is not allowed this place is not very welcoming or a healthy environment it’s very negative energy here they have band me from this place becuase i have been noticing all the bad and rude things there employees do this place and speeding up about it cuz none will this needs to be looked at and fixed it’s not okay definitely never coming back to this location again and i don’t advise others

Warning do not come here!!!! People are unprofessional here!!!! If you want to be treated like your trash and be intimidated and bullied by workers then this is the perfect place to go!!!! Don’t waste your time complaining to managers either they don’t care how their employees treat people!!!! They will back their employees up even though they know their and that’s because outside their work they are all friends or related!!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!! They don’t even deserve a 1 star, they get 0 star rating from me!!!!

Meridian Cafe is the place to go in puyallup for breakfast. My first time going there this morning and it was packed full of hungry people. I ordered the small portion of biscuits and gravy and had to lwave half of it behind cause I was so full. My stomach couldn't take more. I'll be back

As many have said, staff is angry and got bad attitudes. They wonder and stare and yell at people like they own the place. Saw one this morning as people were let it. She was running her mouth and putting customers in their place. Totally rude. Causing conflict that is not needed. Tell your staff to shut their mouths and stop giving orders. Customers wont say anything because they want to make a buck but someone will eventually lay the smack down. Any attitudes and directions need to go. Take the cash and shut up. A+ to the cashiers doing a excellent job on every visit.
If I see improvement, I will remove this review.
