Overall service is usually great, prices are decent, plus they usually give you a $5 off coupon to use for your next haircut, although the coupon has a expiration date within a few monthswhich
Walk-in, no appointment during busy day hours, Nice Lady greets me and starts cutting my hair before I even get 1 foot in the door lol, seriously though less then 30 seconds, no lines, waiting, ect (might not always be this way, but most of the times its always quick, fast, in & out) I mean, she even gave me a complimentary shampo up: fast, great price, quality.

I like the staff, the store is clean and doesn't smell. Don't like the piece since I'm basically always getting a cut that's nearly bald which makes no sense to me. Minimum effort full price 🗿

The worst place I don't recommend anyone go to, I asked for a haircut for my daughter and they almost cut her head off when I said I only wanted a small haircut, the woman seemed possessed by the scissors and wouldn't stop cutting my daughter's hair when I said that stop was enough and she didn't listen, that woman is not professional, any idiot has more profession than that woman, I hated that place for the unkind and respectful woman. How can they have people like that working there.

I'll leave a bigger tip next time. Anyways, to sum it up: fast, great price, quality.

I have been getting my hair cut for three years at this Great Clips and I was always happy, but today I came to get my hair cut and the worker was very rude, my hair was terribly disgusting, I showed her a photo of how I would like to get my hair cut, but she told me that she has marks on how I should get my hair cut, but I’m not where didn't make any notes. Now I need to look at another place where I can get my hair cut because I don’t want to return to this place again, so as not to get into this situation again

I've been going to Great Clips for over a decade, it doesn't matter which stylist cuts my hair, it's always an excellent job.

I went there with my dad to get my hair cut and the stylist that cut my hair was so rough and didn't even take her time with my hair, she brushed my curls out and gave me sloppy layers and didn't even try to see what I wanted. She had curly hair too so I though she would understand the struggle but she didn't, the time I went before that a sweet older gut cut my hair and it was perfect for I loved the way he listened to me. I'm so disappointed in the fact they're hiring quick, sloppy, and rough stylists, and she was so hard to understand and it wasn't even an accent thing it was just something with her voice coming in and out. Sorry if that's offensive but my experience was horrible and obviously she doesn't care about her clients.
Hair type: I have curly shoulder length hair that has some shrinkage and can be considered coily (3a). But it just looks wavy when it's brushed out.

Went in just a couple of days ago, showed her the pitcher of what I wanted done, been getting this cut for awhile. She shaved all but alittle tuff of hair on the top of my head. She might has well shaved my head all the way. Well not go back.

I should have left as soon as I saw the first red flag. Came in this past Friday, April 5th, at around 930. Requested a wash and a hair cut. The person checking me in immediately had an attitude and stated "okay, but you know a wash is $X and a haircut is $X on top of that" in a nasty tone. I told her I understood and was happy to pay for the wash. She stared at me for a moment and continued to check me in. The woman who was going to cut my hair was standing right next to the desk, so I assumed she heard what I wanted, considering she was standing right there. I was lead to her chair and she gets me settled in and asks about the cut. My hair was to my hips (very long), so I explained i wanted about 4 ish inches off so it would come to my mid back to clean up dead ends and stuff. She starts wetting my hair with a spray bottle and chopping. I don't say anything because sometimes people will do the initial cut, wash, then do clean up / layers. During the cut, she starts going on about how she was happy I wanted a decent amount cut because another client came in with long hair and only wanted a little off and that bothered her. I found her gossiping about other clients extremely unprofessional.Also, in the middle of my cut, she and the woman at the front desk start talking about the til being off. My stylists LEAVES ME to go chat with the other worker for a few minutes. I was the only customer there, and don't see why that conversation couldn't continue after I was done. Once she comes back, she starts doing my layers / bangs. Still no wash. She then makes a comment about how my cut is good because I can still put my hair up. I should hope so? Hair going to middle back is still considered long length hair. After she is done with my face frame, she states we're done. No wash. I get up and pay. I don't mention the wash because their bad attitudes and unprofessionalism made me just want to get out of there. As I'm leaving I touch my hair. It is TO MY COLLAR BONES. She took off AT LEAST 8, if not 10, inches of hair! So not only did I not get a wash, but she completely disregarded what I wanted, especially after talking crap about another client's length request. I haven't had my hair this short in over a decade and DID NOT WANT IT. When I got home I played with my hair a little more and noticed several small pieces of hair that were 4-6 inches longer, so i had to cut them myself to make it even to my haircut. Sloppy work on top of a terrible hair cut and overall experience. My confidence is gone and I am devastated. I am NEVER going here or another great clips again and warn against anyone considering going here.
